I was really impressed with the exceptional customer service provided by Miriam at Smith and Byford over the phone.She was very polite,professional and even went beyond to contact the Gas Engineer Stuart if he was still coming over to my property. Stuart the Gas Engineer was very professional too and he gave me a courtesy call before his arrival at my property.

Engineer arrived within planned window, work carried out swiftly, no inconvenience and no mess, very happy customer 😄

Staff are always pleasant, well trained and work quietly and effectively to either make a repair or carry out annual safety check.

They always carry and show ID and have clearly marked vans and company logo.

Have always had Smith and Byford looking after my boiler .recently put in a comby boiler and hid it away in my airing cupboard and fitted the shelves back for me .have alway done a great job and are professional and polite 👍

Good and bad. Replacement boiler good. Agreement to remove 30 year old not particularly working well large radiator. Your QC who came end of the day hot and bothered didn’t care what I said. Next day they drained it and that was it. Clarion told me to complain so I did your supervisor came out and immediately asked me what was happening as iv been here 30 years I know my house. He agreed it needed replacing and it was done. Thank you 🙏

I had my recent boiler service and Joshua spotted some faults and come back within a few days and fixed them. When he managed to get the parts He also fixed a broken radiator valve. I was very impressed with his can-do attitude.

They turned up and got straight to work on my gas meter They were hard working and very professional. They were a good team well pleased thanks

The smith and Byford engineer arrived bang on time. Got straight to work turned out he was a Chelsea fan like me so we spent the whole time talking about Chelsea 😊 he was working whilst talking by the way! He was a lovely young man very polite and totally respectful. He would be welcome back anytime. Thank you

I had a Gas inspection few days ago to check my boiler as I didn’t have hot water as it keeps going hot and cold for about a year. I had carbon oxide in my back bedroom now it disappeared. I’ve got one in the dining room and I used to have one in the back bedroom upstairs but now it’s gone I'm not happy with that. I am deaf and partially blind and I can’t smell anything which it does frightened me:(

This appointment was scheduled for the annual service so can only comment on professionalism and was happy in that regard. The time frame was respected and the engineer was respectful and efficient.

Had a check up on the boiler the other day, the guy was really professional introducing himself. Checked everything throughly, explained a couple of things. Really was impressed. I have never had one bad person when checking the yearly check.
