Excellent service and support

I was very impressed at the speed that the answer to my inquiry and the accuracy of the information was provided.
I was very satisfied with this service Smilebox provides for there subscribers .

I needed a video for my sister memorial, but it would not download for me, so I put in a ticket for this problem, I got an answer but it still did not work, I wrote Marie back and informed her I did all the steps in the email, it still did not work. She took it upon herself to do the .mp4 for me to make sure it worked. I give her 5 stars because she really came through for me.

I needed a refund after subscribing to their service and they were able to refund most of it.

Referring to a request to cancel an unintended subscription, the reply was very swift (within 30 minutes), courteous and helpful. I would have given them 5 stars if they had offered any kind of refund, but in any case they were helpful and I may use them again in the future because of it.

I have been a smilebox customer for over 15 years. I recently sent an email to smilebox customer support. They immediately got back to me. Customer support was efficient, professional and friendly.

I have been using Smilebox for all my card needs - special occasions, birthdays and especially my Christmas e-card which I do with pictures throughout the year. The service has been professional and courteous and I can’t recommend it enough!

Beware…Have numerous Smilebox creations made several years ago, treasured films of grandkids ..family growing up..no longer available? My memories I thought were protected..gone? Once they started charging…your creations not safe unless you pay up. Started creating many years ago…. So disappointing. Magisto is good.

I have used Smilebox many times over the years. I had a 12 year old sentimental slideshow initiated from an old email address that Smilebox Customer Service was able to help me retrieve! Will be forever grateful for their help to access it!
Smilebox is awesome, and their Customer Service was outstanding.

I just spent a spent a few weeks working on a HUGE project for my mother's sister, who is the last sibling left to us out of 12. All my cousins (@41 of us) live mostly in Canada and haven't seen her since before Covid; so for her 92nd birthday, I asked them all to send me photos of themselves, along with their kids & grandkids so I could create a slideshow. That way she could see our faces again and meet the wee new ones. It was a big secret & everyone was excited to participate. So excited, that they sent me over 200 photos! I split them all into two parts, using diferent templates and music. So now, if you haven't tried out the Smilebox.com website...some tips. **First of all, there are many colourful templates (some even animated) to celebrate any occasion you wish. And not just slideshows, I've used the printable templates for Christmas letters so I could include fun seasonal photo layouts.
**But back to the two slideshows. You can upload your photos from your computer easily and they'll sit alongside your work space while you drag & drop them in order on your photo template. Then add text comments or names below each photo. (sad part? you can't use emojis🫤)
**Once you've added your photos, you can still go back and reorder them. But very important...remember to save when you leave each page!
**The next step is choosing the background music. Smilebox has a music library for you...lots of tunes. But since I had two parts to cresate, I wanted personalized songs for each part. Each of my slide shows had over a 100 photos and lasted 15 minutes each (you can choose how long you want each slide to pause, the longest is 7 seconds) ....so I was able to go into my own computer library & upload 9 songs to the website. You're also able to move the songs up or down to put them in play order.
**Very surprised at how easy it was. BUT I did have a problem (only on Part Two). Before sharing my creation with all my cousins, I emailed the Smilebox to myself to check it over, and only three of the five songs played. This is where Smilebox's amazing Support Team was especially helpful.
**All during the weeks I worked on the project. "Olha" was a whiz at answering my questions about uploading phtos from my computer, or suggesting different fixes for inserting proper text size etc. All of her tips worked and she usually had the answer in my email by the next morning. She is the 'face' of Smilebox to me...professional, patient, cheerful and very encouranging. She kept at the 'lost music' problem and ultimately took it over from her end and manually reset the music for me. Thank you Olha!
**Both Smileboxes are out now, and best of all, there's a comment section next to the Smilebox your friends and family receive so they can share thoughts about it after they've viewed your Smilebox. So THANK YOU SMILEBOX for giving me the chance to send my Aunt a huge digital hug from all her neices & nephews across Canada. At the start, I thought I bit off more than I could chew with this one, but this success tasted real suweet! Cheers, Charlotte H
