We're a working duo based in the Isle of Man. We gig every summer in Ireland & France and needed to upgrade our small "travel" PA speakers (RCF 310A powered speakers). John, from Sounds Live, explained in very fine detail all our options (based on our need for power but minimal weight) He finally recommended The RCF 710s, offered us a great price delivered, and within two days we had them!
Gigged the new speakers at a couple of venues during the Manx Grand Prix and we are "over the moon" with the results. Lightweight, portable, powerful, loads of headroom and great coverage......everything I was told. We highly recommend "Sounds Live"

I have purchased an Acoustic Guitar for my brother to present it on his birthday. I thought the delivery would become late but i didnt expect, it was Pretty fast.I would highly recommend for everyone.:)

Appreciate the good service in delivering this lovely electric guitar to me,I ordered it on a saturday and it arrived on monday afternoon.The guitar looks much more pricey than what I paid for it, will recommend to my friends.

Ordered guitar on sun 22/2. Account opened ,order conformation received,Monday 23/2 get email telling me they sold guitar to someone else. Please remove artical from website when sold, making multiple sales on one item is not on.very dissatisfied first and last time using sounds live

What a refreshing change , not only great prices but 5 star service also.

I saved on my Fender guitar and it was there the next morning . All my queries were answered and I was impressed to experience old fashioned customer service , sadly lacking in most internet suppliers.

Faulty new speaker replaced promptly and without fuss. Excellent communication and customer care.

I recently bought a new stage piano and a pair of powered speakers. The selection process took quite a while but the staff at Soundlive were always quick to respond to any emailed questions and extremely helpful.

I plumped for an ex demo Korg SV1 at a price considerably lower than anywhere else I could find. The ex demo model had, however, just been sold but soundslive provided me with a brand new model at the same price. I also needed the gear for an engagement the following weekend and Karl did everything he could to ensure it got to me in time.

Sadly it's not always the case that represntatives of a company take pride in their jobs and strive to do everything they can for their customers, or even potential customers as I was at the start of my "research". Great to be able to say that Soundslive's staff (particularly Karl) demonstrated this in abundance.

Ordered a Marshall DSL40C as this was the best price which came up in internet search and also was in stock. During order process, it was mentioned that this is demo model, although the advert did not indicate this. After placing order and payment details 2/2/2015 evening was informed on 3/2.2015 that this out of stock and Sounds Live wanted an extra £20 for a new model from Marshall (5 days delivery). Twenty quid is neither here nor there, but principal is at stake. Back up what you are advertising and if you take the order, deliver it.
Sourced the unit from another supplier at the same price. First attempt to use Sounds Live and will be the last.

I was very satisfied with the price, prompt delivery and the condition of the Yamaha acoustic guitar I purchased from Sounds Live. I would be happy to recommend this company to others.

I will just give facts and leave opinions out for now

Ordered and paid for guitar on a Monday.
Guitar delivered Friday evening
Was away over weekend
Package opened Monday night after work
Guitar is wrong colour and scratched - box clearly states guitar is red and not blue.
Phoned Soundslive on Tuesday
No other guitar in stock
Guitar picked up Wednesday
Refund applied to card on Thursday
Company would not pay into my bank account so as it stands now - no guitar and no money until it eventually arrives in my account.
The opinion bit - that's the two stars because (name) was great despite the situation.
Apparently giving the money back directly is a risk to the company so its only right that the customer suffers all of the risk

Well, the cheapest price, and fast delivery,just missed "Johns" crack in the shop

I ordered a Roland RD64 digital piano online and Sounds Live made the order completely easy. Fast delivery, well packed, hassle free.

Its hard to find companies who deliver 100% satisfaction these days but this is one of them.From talking to the very helpfull staff over the phone to the actual delivery was excellent.I live in KENT and ordered the guitar on line at 11am on 29 december it was delivered next day at 9am,i cannot praise the service enough.Will definately recommend and use again.Thanks to everyone involved.
