I have used Smilebox for many years. It is the best video cards/invitation/slideshow app I have used. The customer service is excellent. They are always helpful and prompt to reply. I highly recommend Smilebox.

Quick Response time and made it much easier & faster to download my photos by converting it to mp4 format.
Also photos & my captions were full size for better viewing. It was a pleasure dealing with the professionalism of Ohla in Customer Support.

I would love Smileybox to have phone customer service and recommended 😊However, after several trials they did help me to send my Holiday music cards on Christmas day! I love Smileybox platform and have used it now for 14 years! One can make the most beautiful cards to keep one’s memories!

The cards are lovely, with music, designs, and customizable features. Additionally, when I reached out via email to customer service, Maria was very helpful and responsive regarding my subscription.

I had forgotten about my annual subscription, and when I was charged for the upcoming year, I asked for a cancellation and a refund. At first the refund was denied, but then without any further prompting from me, another customer service rep issued a refund. My experience went from dissatisfied but resigned to very happy. It made a difference in how I would recommend this business to others.

I received an extremely quick response and resolution to my problem, which is often not the case, especially during a busy holiday season like Christmas. Excellent customer service!!!

I first became a Smilebox user and fan in 2011 to help document a road trip up the Alcan. I have recently renewed and upgraded my subscription, needing to contact customer service recently. Their professionalism matched their product and I remain a loyal customer.

email questions were answered very quickly and although a monthly subscription is not an option, the ability to pay for a year, use the program for a month (Christmas cards) and then be refunded for the remainder of the year is essetially the same thing.
Maria was very friendly and helpful and actually read and responded to questions which I feel many online customer support people often don't.

I love Smilebox, but I wish that it wasn't changed as much as it has. When I first started using Smilebox years ago there were so many fun, interesting one to choose from, but now most of them have been taken off. I'm sad about that.

Such a prompt response to my query! I did not expect to get a reply so soon, what with it being a weekend. Not only did I a receive a rapid response, but my issue was resolved and the fix explained to me in a way that someone like me, not overly tech savvy, could easily understand. I was absolutely thrilled to find out that creations from many years ago were still accessible! I will definitely be upgrading my free account to a monthly paid one soon!
