Smilebox Plus is a good slideshow app for beginners with lots of features. However, since inception, this is now a web based app and lacks upload quality as was before. It no longer uploads video clips which I loved. I miss the old product (non web based) plus the pro version is pricey. Overall good but lacks newer features for family and sporting events like baseball, soccer, kids musicals.

Smilebox is a great tool for quick, fun, and personalized school projects. It’s easy to use for making invitations, thank-you cards, and slideshows. The templates are fantastic, and adding music makes my projects stand out. Highly recommend Smilebox for anyone who wants to create beautiful projects fast!

Smilebox is great software for those special projects or moments that you want to capture. I have used it for slide shows with music of my choice. There are numerous options available for cards, invitations etc. it’s easy to use. Support is available if needed.

I have always enjoyed using the software. Questions were always answered in a timely manner.

Smilebox team listened to my concern and responded with a quick resolution. Not only is smilebox a great product, they also care about their customers (very rare these days).

Every time I have a special event, this is my go to. My second funeral video is being done but I have done a few other things.

Moreover, they stayed on a positive note in guiding me through my problems. I am convinced all parties on your end really and genuinely respected me and were committed to satisfying me. I am a senior citizen that is retired. The use of electronic services can be complicated for many folks, such as me, but with a service like SmileBox it is great to know that help is always there. The customer service folks are always available to offer service that is understandable and directly relevant to your questions.

I had let my subscription lapse and was not sure how to renew it without losing my previous projects. I was able to read through the common questions asked and found the appropriate information for the first part of my query. Then left an email message for my second part, and received a prompt reply which enabled me to access some of my previous projects which I had not been able to access.
