I love coming here, the staff with no exceptions greet you, offer help, keep restaurant and toilets clean .
The food is hot, fresh and so so tasty, the variety of sauces is amazing, not try all of them yet!!!!

Don't get the hype tbh. Had it a twice recently. Had been wanting to try for a while now. I had the plant based strips meal yesterday and today I had the veggie buffalo burger and fries meal both times everything had arrived stone cold. Won't order again :(

The food wasn't great. Went with my daughter and two grandchildren as a special treat. The hot chicken wings were coated in a dry unpleasant coating, searingly hot yet lacking any flavour. The meat was not high quality and did not fall off the bone. The chicken tenders were small and average. McDonald's selects are far, far superior. Fries were the best thing. Texas toast looked nothing like it's pictures and didn't live up to the hype.
We chose the gravy mayo sauce, just a murky salty cheap mayonnaise. The other sauces were of the same ilk. Wouldn't waste money on a return visit

I want to sincerely praise the team at the Trafford Centre location, especially the manager (the bearded gentleman).

We hadn’t even eaten there — we were just sitting at one of their tables — and I accidentally left my backpack behind. It contained around £2500 worth of belongings, including my MacBook and wallet. When I realised and rushed back, I was convinced it would be gone.

To my huge relief, the manager at the Trafford Centre branch immediately recognised me and returned my bag with everything safe inside. Absolute gentleman.

Honesty and integrity like this are rare these days, and it truly speaks volumes about the team there. Thank you again — I’m extremely grateful.

Ordered food at 10.45 for 10 minutes delivery

Waited 90 minutes to be advised that I cancelled the order when I did not

Awful service and communication

Massively overpriced food and bland, I would say it tastes more like something you would get from a school canteen, but I think that might be unfair to school canteen food. There are so many better chicken shops around, don't waste your time here

some of the best chicken I have ever had. super nice and welcoming customer service. Even got a free refillable drink which was super kind.

Went to the metro centre branch today. Food was fast and very fresh! Staff member Jonny was amazing with my daughter who was being a little tinker. Lovely to go somewhere with my child and know I’ll not be judged by staff. 5*

Went to the one in chichester, they were amazing. The place was clean and tidy, the staff were all very friendly. The food was delicious, hot and well prepared. We tried the milkshakes and loved them.
Will definitely come back again.

Omg zero stars for this company. My lovely son 14 bday he chose a takeaway from here in Chichester., we all ordered a meal. Adult plant based tender meal -£12.75!!!!? 3 tenders and 18 chips: drink was water: I could not believe it it was a child’s size. Adult chicken bite 8 box and a drink x3 £14.95 !! The size of a child’s portion again!!! Then 2 child Size meals which were ok. Point is we spent £78 on 6 meals and they were all sub standard I called them immediately the manager Ahan said sorry he would offer a discount if we buy again !!!! And pass feedback on. They should not sell at these scam prices my older kids and husband were still starving! It was so upsetting as they didn’t accept discount code either at till - one which was on line to use. It felt such a waste of money. I would stay clear unless a quick treat for a kids meal only .

Took my son and his husband to slim chickens basingstoke over Xmas. They had never been before and was not sure what to expect. They absolutely loved it. The chicken meal they ordered was cooked fresh and tasted delicious. They loved the choice of sauces available and they stuffed down the macaroni cheese. We were served by kathy and tom who were very good and made the experience extra special with their friendly demeanor and smiles. Great service and experience all around.

What a rip off. Over £12 for a few cold chips. Half a Burito which ok tasted alright but wasnt worth the money, and a drink. Worst place I have ever been too eat. Never again will i step foot inside a slim chicken. Southampton store at 1245. 28th Dec 2025
