Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. Sale items are non-refundable. Whilst it is stated on the product description, I wouldn't say it is particularly clear unless you are directly reading for the level of detail vs. how most people's customer journey goes: like the product, look at the visuals, select the size, purchase.
I asked to at least be able to exchange for smaller sizes which is also a no so now I am left with over £150 clothing that does not fit. Not a great customer experience. Whilst not dishonest, it's not particularly clear and therefore not a brand I would recommend or trust in the future.

I’ve ordered from you guys a hand full…
I’ve ordered from you guys a hand full of times over the years. This time around I’m not sure what happened but my package took almost a month to get to me. First it said it was getting shipped by UPS. Called UPS they told me it’s getting sent back to the sender for brokerage fees. Contacted you guys and was told it’s getting sent by a small carrier called UNIUNI. After waiting almost 4 weeks the delivery got to my apartment at 10pm. Now I love this company and the clothes but maybe in the future look into better carriers to deal with in different countries. UNIUNI for example is a newer delivery service and to be honest quite awful to deal with.

Not the best quality for the price
Delivery took two weeks longer than it was supposed to but they did refund my delivery fee. Unfortunately the hoodie I ordered was way too big even in a size small. Quality was also not what I would expect for the price

Loyalty point scheme is a joke
Saved up £20 worth of loyalty points, purchased an item that came and I didn’t feel was worth the money so returned it and have now lost the £20 of loyalty points, you don’t get them back if you return an item, which I think is very unfair, I have been a loyal customer and I now won’t be buying another thing from this company
