I had a bit of trouble arranging an exchange for a different size, but Lola was incredibly helpful and sorted everything out straight away once I explained the issue. The customer service was excellent, and the whole process was made so easy.

Ordered a cardigan it came with a hole in it so had to return it which i had to pay to return which i feel like you shouldn’t have to when it’s being returned for damages and took well over 2 weeks to receive the refund after all of this.

Do not buy
Do not buy! Item was delivered to the wrong address. They 'raised an investigation' and told me the courier confirmed gps matched the address so no refund. I knew this wasn't right so I rang them myself... no record of any investigation and gps confirmed it was delivered to the wrong address. After they emailed me I sent them proof from the courier and suddenly their email is no longer in use... if I need to I will have to dispute it with my bank. Absolutely shocking they try and get away with this stuff, really disgusting way to treat customers.
Edit due to reply . I have used the contact form and obviously there is the email chain...but I've had no response.
Ordered on 13.07. 2026, last four numbers of order no. 85GB

Delayed order - No worries!!
When my order was delayed, S&S was extremely quick to reply with an update. Millie helped provide consistent and thorough updates of my orders movements. Millie got in touch with the courier and made sure my package would arrive in a timely manner. Do not order if overseas
I ordered the Bryant Cardigan from overseas and when received the cardigan was ill-fitting and way oversized than depicted. When I looked into returning the item, it was reduced by 10% and forced me to return it within a tiny window for international customers! It was going to cost me more than its worth, so now I have a distaste for the brand and am extremely disappointed. Do not order if you are an international consumer.
