This is my favourite brand for comfort
This is my favourite brand for comfort. I bought a hoodie from them for Christmas last year and the quality is what people rave about and it’s true, it’s well worth the money. I absolutely love their designs and quality and I’ve just ordered again it come quickly, 100% recommend.

I had an issue with my order and I did…
I had an issue with my order and I did not receive it. When I enquired about it, I received amazing customer service. Rosie replied to me straight away, apologised for the inconvenience, offered to send out a replacement or receive a full refund. I opted for a replacement and it was sent via express shipping the next day. Amazing customer service by Rosie! Would definitely order from here again as a result!

Unhelpful customer service
I recently placed an order with Sisters and Seekers, picking up a birthday gift and deciding to treat myself to something as well. Unfortunately, when my item arrived, it was far too big, easily three times the size it should have been for a small. I reached out to customer support to see if I could exchange it for another sale item, even offering to pay for the shipping. Rosie from the support team informed me that exchanges for sale items aren't possible due to their returns policy, which she mentioned was stated on the site. While I understand policies are in place, it was really disheartening. As a loyal customer who has spent hundreds with the brand over the years, I was hoping for a bit more flexibility, especially since I was willing to exchange for a cheaper item just to avoid having an unwearable piece. It's a shame to feel so let down after being a long-time supporter.
If you do order from here make sure you double check the sizing as they are way off and I am now left out of pocket.

Disappointing Returns Experience.
Unfortunately, I ended up £13.48 out of pocket simply for ordering a hoodie, trying it and returning it.
I understand that companies may charge for returns, but losing £13.48 when I ultimately kept nothing feels excessive. Had I realised returning an unsuitable item would cost me this much, I wouldn’t have ordered in the first place.
I like Sisters & Seekers and was disappointed that the returns process has put me off ordering again, particularly when buying clothing online inevitably means that sometimes an item just won’t fit or suit you.
I think the true cost of making a return needs to be much clearer before customers order.
