"Appalling customer service and…
"Appalling customer service and bad-faith practices. After a return was safely delivered back via Royal Mail, the merchant ceased all communication for weeks while retaining both the physical item and the funds. They forced a formal PayPal dispute and failed to provide any valid response or tracking before the deadline. Only resolved after PayPal stepped in. Buyers beware."

Lola provided fabulous customer service and always went the extra step to ensure I was up to date on my parcel's whereabouts as there was a small delay. Would recommend Lola's friendly & helpful customer service.

Bought a beautiful jumper which i discovered had a loose thread. I got in touch with customer service & spoke to Millie who was very friendly & helpful & was able to sort the problem quickly & give me a 15% refund. Thank you Millie! I had a couple of questions about the sister and seeker app and the girl Millie who helped me, answer my email sooo quick and was super nice and helpful. I had never tried this brand before but…
I had never tried this brand before but I ordered a few things and the quality was so good. Especially for the top and skirt. I first saw this on Instagram so I was skeptical of the quality for a good price. Sometimes cheaper brands fail to fit well if you’re not a small and I got a large skirt and med top, and it fit so well and nicely, you can tell this is a great brand that actually cares about their values. I wish I got a small for the coat though because I was sort of too small for it (in sleeves and length). All zips and buttons are attached well and look great. Everything fits as it is supposed to with NO awkward sewing mistakes.
