Nice start into vacation
Arriving at PMI on time, the driver was not at the meeting point. However, a short call with the service hotline and a few minutes later he was there. Very friendly, very supportive, comfortable car, smooth ride. A very good start into our vacation.

Fin bus med klima og god musik i højttalerne og chaufføren på hjemrejsen fortalte vidt og bredt om alt fra vin til fodbold. Bussen kom 5 minutter før den aftalte tid, så kan kun anbefale dette transfer selskab

Would 100% use this firm again
Would 100% use this firm again! I was super nervous because it was the first time we were going abroad with our baby and so I wanted to make sure our taxi had a car seat in it both going and coming back. I booked online and honestly it was such an easy and smooth the process. I don't normally write reviews but just wanted to share my experience as I'm really happy we found them.

This was a great experience
This was a great experience. We used the VIP transfer to and from our holiday villa. The drivers were on time, polite and very smart. The car was in showroom condition and everything went as planned. Communicating with the office team prior and during our trip by email was also a pleasant experience. Response times were quick and easy. I would use this service again and recommend it to anyone thinking of trying it.

They don't wait but charge you anyway.
We booked a transfer with this company in Majorca. Due to delays in the new European passport control system we were longer than expected getting through. We told the driver we were delayed when he phoned us, We were also contacted by their office, who informed us that the driver had to leave in ten minutes due to another booking. I immediately went to the meeting point to find her had already left. We were abandoned to make our own way to our hotel.
I requested a refund for the service they did not supply. They refused despite us also pursuing it through our credit card company.
So beware,if you are not on time to meet them they will leave you stranded and keep your money.
