I would give 0 stars if I could. Cash app had a technical issue and Shiftsmart does not plan on helping out or getting the payments back. Then the lady had the nerve to get smart. So basically I worked and will not get my money back. I will never work for shiftsmart again!!

I worked for shiftsmart for about 2 months now. I have worked multiple days in 100 degree weather for shiftsmart cleaning trash cans, cleaning parking lots and restocking coolers. I have had to fight a numerous amount of times to get paid for days I worked. I have still not ben paid for the day I worked on8/3/2022. Seems like they use you and then make you quit by not paying you. ....... o yea another issue I'm having with shift smart circle k is their shift smart jobs worked. I have worked over 15 shifts for shiftsmart but it only shows I worked 5 shifts on my personal page. I wonder why????
Just to add, everything with the shiftsmart ap was working fine until I had an interview with Circle K and I told them I did not want to work for them because they did not pay enough and I did not want to play there favorite game ' let's find the manager yes circle k likes to hire a lots of low paid employees but won't hire managers so everyone goes around claiming to be manager but are not getting paid. Sorry shift smart and circle k but no college graduates want to work for you!!!!

Arizona located. I had one Circle K shift on July 25 2022. I worked more than the scheduled 4 hours. The circle k assistant I worked for said I did amazing and would love to have me back there. I have not seen one shift on my app since then. They do reply and have been helpful. THEY CAN ACTUALLY MANUALLY SCHEDULE SHIFTS FOR YOU. Idk why I haven't got a job since then but I did get paid like 3 days after to my bank account. I really like the idea of this. They just need to give the good workers more work. I sent a msg yesterday asking for more work and they say to follow their tiktok. 0 stars do not waste your time anymore.

For those who are trying to get paid for shifts u have already worked. Keep on bugging them. Submit a ticket or whatever it's called thru the Zendesk. Send messages on the App. The messages don't go to anyone at Circle K. i thought they did since it says manager. U will get that generic response email. Reply to those. It took me a month of bombarding them telling them how ridiculous it was, how unprofessional it was. I love working at the Circle K's. The work is super easy. It would be awesome sauce if i didn't have to deal Shitsmart. They offer $17 an hour for the 1st shift. And then the next shift it's now $13. And now here in Arizona there's only a handful of stores using them anymore. And 1 store is 30 miles each way. I don't think so when gas is like $34 @ gallon. Hahaha....

The app is slow and sluggish. I have NOT BEEN PAID FOR 3 SHIFTS I JUST COMPLETED. No answer to my texts messages and can't get through to the contact number where the menu options are, at the beginning as it hangs up on me, regardless of which prompt I chose!

This company is a scam as far as the remote calling is concerned. I’ve worked 1 day and their system Faltered greatly and I and my pay was penalized even after talking with a manager via zoom!! My PR dropped the text said, well, it did not it stayed the same due to it being my first day with a 30min Quick tutorial on how to place the calls. They have you in this competition mindset but they are cold calls about politics, a hugely sticky subject now days. Competition for what? Just allow me to do my job. And I wasn’t dialing fast enough from my laptop!? Where is the EEOC

This app is so aweful. They scam you for your money. I worked 2 full shifts and have yet been paid. On one of my shifts it has me down as a no show. So insane I clocked in and clocked out and I got scammed for my pay.ive reached out to everyone and nothing. How sad fir shiftsmart to do this especially when we come in a fix the stores. Not cool at all.

When I first got there, I asked female worker 1 who I'm supposed to check in with and told her I'm with Shift Smart, she walks away and doesn't say anything. So I ask female worker 2 the same thing, and I tell her she walked away and ignored me pretty much. She says that I was supposed to follow her and she'd go check amd see what's going on. She goes to the back, comes back a few moments later and says I was supposed to follow her. I again tell her she didn't say anything to me she just walked away. So I go to the back, she hands me a piece of paper with numbers on it. I ask what this is for and she tells me it's for clocking in and out, that she won't be here when my shift ends. The entire time she was completely rude and had an attitude. So I take it and go back to the front of the store and clock in and take the pic. When I'm done I'm standing near the registers waiting for further direction. Female worker 2 asks if I'm waiting for something, I tell her yes, waiting on further instruction on what to do here. She's rude as well, rolling her eyes the entire time we're talking, she tells me to stock the cups, I say ok where do I get the cups from if they need to be filled? She turns away and ignores me. I ask again she just looks at me and rolls her eyes and turns away again. Female worker 3 comes around and asks what I just asked her, I tell her what happened, she told me to restock the cups and I asked where the do I get the cups to refill them? She rolls her eyes at me and walks away. Female worker 2 goes into the back and rolls her eyes at me as she's going to the back. I hear her and female worker 1 talking about shift smart. Female worker 1 comes out and tells me that the manager doesn't accept shift smart workers there because they only work 4 hrs at a time. So I tell her what do we do from here and she tells me she needs to send me home. I ask to speak with the manager and she asks me to leave. So I leave. I followed protocol and sent a message as I was instructed to, and it's been 4 days and I have not yet received a response. I received an email from Julie Evans regarding setting up my first shift. I explained what happened, and she apologized, said she's give me my entire pay. However the app has a spot that shows when it will be approved by amd other information, it all says "N/A". I will patiently what the 5 days, if I still don't have my money I will be contacting the BBB, General Attorneys Office and many others. In our email chain, she stated "There are a few stores that are being difficult, and unfortunately they are all in the same area. However, we have thousands of stores that are doing great." This was in the Norterra area.

I'm payed daily on time only delay may by a few hours but definitely paid I'm not sure if they notice they are leaving money in the accnt to be rolled over and that alone takes time because it has to be added to the new pay so I suggest cashing out and waiting the next day for the previous days pay or it will take longer to verify..also if you chest yeah no payits found out

Had shifts pop up to do a tech product review on Tottenham Court Road (London)

Was very easy and great pay. Literally booked the shift. Turned up with my ID and sat and interacted with the given product for around 2 hours. (Can't say what product it was due to confidentiality)

Was paid £80! (£55 + a £25 bonus) Some of my mates were paid up to £135 as the shift bonus varies. I was then given a referral link which is great as now I get paid everytime I refer someone else to go test out the tech products.

My friends get paid, I get paid.
Seriously a no brainer. Easy shift. Easy money.

This shiftsmart company is a complete sham they will make you work and never pay you for the shift and then to top it off the shifts I did work do t even show up in the worked shifts tab in the app and I followed every guideline and rule and even instructions to a T and they still keep telling me that the people that run their shiftsmart app are a 3rd party and I would just haft to give them a 90 day ....shiftsmart is a scam period.

My working experience was just smart it's very good I do wish that the customer service for the workers was better you can hardly get anyone on the phone and that's very stressful sometimes you can't sign in because of rural areas and you need to be able to sign in to get paid and you can't always get someone on the phone that's the only complaint that I have and I wish you would improve because I do plan to continue to work with

The worst customer service unorganized uncoordinated tech company I’ve ever experienced. I did a shift a week ago and was early but the class was full but I was told I would be compensated a week later nothing. Since the moderator has nothing to do with the payments they led me to paymentsshift.com I sent two emails no response I called them on 02/15/22 and the guy was pleasant saw the issue on the app that said pay card rejected and told me it would be rectified in two days; it wasn’t! I called back today 2/17/22 and kylee first agent extremely rude would not let me explain or get a sentence in talked to me at a 100 mph and she told me if I send two emails my response about my payment would be even further delayed! “Guys seriously consider if the stress of the situation is worth your time and hung up after reaching her 3 times I finally reached a guy who told me I called 3 or 4 times and that if it’s about payments submitted with a ticket from the email sent to
Shiftsmart it will be in 4-5 business when I tried to explain to him in full detail the story he told me I don’t want to hear the small talk I will never ever do business with such a low degradable and rude company that doesn’t care about it’s independent contractors or employees that do these shifts. I have sent this email to Shiftsmart and will give an update on here if need be as to if they try to not pay me for this 200 percent truthful experience I went through.

I love working with Shiftsmart. I am able to make my own schedule. I am paid daily within 24 hours of completing work. The only thing I do not like is low pay. However, I am hoping that I will receive higher paying opportunities in the future.

Do not work any shifts for this company. They will not pay you. I called emailed did all I could to get paid for my shift. No luck, I’m reporting them to BBB. It’s a scam.

After more than a year that they didn't notify me about tasks around me they had 3 tasks around me. Spent time and money to do that, today I contacted the manager but he didn't answer.
Finally they answer saying to mail to support. Support told me to write to manager. Basically I will never see my money. Avoid them.

Spent my weekend doing some shift smart surveys and drove around 150+ miles over 6 hours of work for some extra cash to find my account had been blocked the next day without reason or warning. They have IGNORED MY EMAILS AND THE CALL NUMBER ISN'T EVEN REAL! I wasted my weekend and not to mention the hours of driving and petrol down the drain. Will be taking this further with FCA if I don’t get paid.

This the worst company their liars there money hungry buzzards and they don't pay like the suppose to.thry give false advertisement about going through a 2 hour class you get a bonus another lie, listen please, before you decide to go work with these creeps look at BBB about complaints about this joke if a business, they no good, you think you will get un broke with these buzzards you are wrong read BBB YOU will see you be working for free slot of time
