The jobs they have on shift smart the “sulit political ‘ the mangers don’t respond back , they will remove you off projects because it’s something going on with theh system and the pay you don’t even receive your pay from the job because they have a calculation ion error

The last two times Shiftsmart called me to work a shift, I arrived early. The first time I arrived 40 minutes early, and the second time I arrived 45 minutes early. Both times they said they already had enough people for the shift, so they sent me home. They call me in to work a shift, and then I spend 3 1/2 hours coming there and heading back home, and then I am told they have enough people for the shift. They waste my time.
Other places if they have too many people for their job (eg focus group), they will still pay you the full amount. Shiftsmart will not. Don't bother with these guys. They treat you like crap, won't pay you and don't care that they waste your time.

Worked a full shift and they had the nerve to only pay $2!

I have been working for the company for over 6 months. The app is horrible. They fired me even when I clocked in at a location. I sent notes in the application saying that the manager turned me away from the job. They said I stole time and the app shows when we're at the location. They said I was no longer eligible to work for them.

Do not work for this company! Save yourself the grief! They lied to me and fired me for false reasons. This is such an unprofessional company. Anybody have any questions, I have receipts. Get ahold of me!

Terrible, terrible terrible! Go for a walk and ice cream if you don't have better things to do. I have been three times and zero payment. First time, I was literally 3 minutes late. Second time, there was o staff working, so me and others who showed up, even half an hour earlier were sent home. Third time, shortage of staff, half of people who showed up had to go home without payment. No phone call or email to let us know not to come. Just waist of time. It is ridiculous, have some respect for your self and don't waist your time

I love working for shiftsmart. I only have had 1 issue and it was solved immediately. The staff at Every circle k store that I have worked at has treated me very well and they are very appreciative. I have worked approximately 130 shifts and I have always been paid the next day with no problems. All stores are different so some stores have a different pay rate, it all depends on where the store is located. I'm not saying that I am making a career out of this but for now it's extra money and I'm very happy with this company. Thank you Shift Smart!

I’ve worked several circle k shifts and a few product testing shifts. It took a week to get paid for the first shift because of the code. I got paid within 24 hours of the other shifts I worked then all of a sudden the recent ones had to be verified. I was told you can work longer if the employer asks you. And I to have run into rude circle k employees. I was like I’m just a temp not here to take your job. I felt like telling them maybe if you people did your job we wouldn’t be here. Today I sat on hold for an hour and the lady who answered was rude so I said I was filing a complaint with the AZ labor board she told me to submit a payment ticket. I didn’t get paid what they owed me and to pay to transfer your money is ridiculous. They’ve responded to none of my emails or texts and now they have banned me. Your right what happened to all e shifts now there few and far between and they do need to pay better. 13 an hour isn’t cutting. It anymore.

Can't complete the app. Can't restart the app. You send me invites to do at-home phone surveys,but still get thrown to circle k test. Last contact stated last chance to get a phone survey job. Like it's my fault. Lol

I was skeptical at first.I had a whole weeks schedule planned out and then the first day of that week got my times wrong and couldn’t finish the shift. I explained and clocked out. Everything went away and I thought I was done for. Two days passed and then I got a text to pick up a shift so I took it and it put me back in the game. Work from home people remember stay clocked in no matter what is going on.Don’t clock out till the shift is over. You will be paid for what you worked. Use Chime or one of the stride cards. You will get paid like clockwork the next day. I haven’t experimented with rolling the pay over to show an actual paycheck when I cash out. I plan on trying it next week. I use chime and as long as you get 200 deposited every month you can keep your overdraft. Which I loved when I was with Amazon. I do think they are understaffed with managers but if you stay professional while voicing your concerns you will get heard, respected, and paid. You just have to know how to deal with it. Where else can you get paid while sitting have dressed?! Can’t beat that! Lol just flow out positive and you will receive positive!

they offered me $13 an hour which is minimum wage in Tucson Arizona and the nearest circle k is 20 mi away, hmm$52 for 4 hours of work would be okay if it was a couple miles away but I got to spend $10.50 in gas round trip to get there plus hour round trip so it's a rip off it should pay at least a dollar more than minimum wage because you're not getting benefits your a contract employee and you're paying your own taxes

In the beginning it was good. The app has always been trash. It never works. There is no communication with the technical or customer/employee assistance. They advertise that they offer Instant pay and I have used the service, recently I worked one day and it has been over 7 days and still haven’t been paid.This is unacceptable! I’m seeking legal help. Something has to be done, this is unethical!

Signed up with shiftsmart tried to get in with them to begin working the computer never worked couldn't log in and then I start getting scam checks in my mailbox for jobs I was supposed to go out and do so there's something attached to shiftsmart that is giving people our information

They are racist and if you they don't like you they will find a way to fire you and they don't pay you on time you they pay you when they get around to it

Not only do they screw you over with the pay .
They fire you for saying a curse word . This company is ridiculous and who ever runs it needs to be evaluated. They clocked me out and fired me through email while I completed my shift . So I was basically working for free multiple times.

My car broke down, I miss one shift. I remind U was working 3 shifts per day for them. I have records I mesg them on time hours before my shift. Never got a response back now account is inactive.

I worked for them Sunday aug the 7 just to not get paid!! I’m giving them pictures of the store the clock out number that I got from the store manager to not get paid!! This is a waste of time unless u like arguing with a computer for your money..

I have been working with shiftsmart for about 5 months now, I have had no problems in getting paid. when I got turned away from circle K, shiftsmart paid me, appreciate that, the work is not easy,but really theres not enough time to get it all organized I think they should let the person that started as a merchandiser or cleaner should be able to come back the next day to finish up, instead of having to clean up the mess the person before you made, the only problem is there is not enough shifts for at least 4 days a week even 3 days a week, I like being able to choose your days for the next week, overall I have had good experince working with shiftsmart

It was cool at first working here being able to make extra money. I’m not sure what happened but they just closed my account without notice and they didn’t pay me what I worked for. You can’t get in contact with anyone!!! It’s a mess now. I’ll
