Unable to access my account
I have been trying to log onto my account without success because the authentication code would not arrive in my email account. After a prolonged search to find a contact number for customer service, I was informed that the system was down and the codes could not be sent. The agent said that it was being worked on but did not know when the service would be restored. Surely it must be possible to impart this information on the website and save customers the time and inconvenience involved.

Registering a death on the phone
Registering a death on the phone, really rude man no help at all.. Live chat instead with Syriece, was brilliant. Really helpful and sorted it out for me. Don't call for bereavement use the website as they are much nicer on there

Very unprofessional
From experience they do not answer the phone and keep you on hold for over an hour. When eventually got through via chatline They required us to give them information about the request. Bearing in mind we had actually paid a fee for the requested information.
