Appalling company, with woeful customer support.
They illegally passed confidential financial information about me to a hostile individual.
Then refused to allow me to make a complaint, ignoring correspondence.
They openly discriminate against me.
I suspect they have sold shares belonging to me, and kept the money.

Great fast and efficient Chat service
Use the Chat service allowed me to make enquiry while I was working so I did not have to wait on a phone. The chat response moved very quickly from the virtual assistant to Ange. Who answered my two questions very efficiently and everything was resolved in under 10 minutes. Great fast and efficient Chat service.

I recommend the Online Chat option.
The online Chat option is very efficient. I was connected to someone within a few minutes. All my questions were answered quickly and clearly and it was great to chat to a real person, but without having to wait ages on the phone. Also, I could download the Chat and have all the answers to refer to later.

Trying to register on a mobile phone…
Trying to register on a mobile phone was appalling.
1) It kept telling me that my postcode was in an incorrect format. I tried different gaps, lower case....etc. etc.
2) it asked for my maternal grandfathers first name....I never met him, and don't know it.
3) Name of first pet...Never had a pet with a name.
4) Tried to read your ridiculously long T&Cs, and got logged out, maybe a slip of the finger, or timed out.
Anyhow, I had to start all over again, multiple times, until I gave up, and went to a desktop machine, and ignored your T&Cs, then finally it worked.
