Best coffee in then according to…

Best coffee in town according to everone visiting our facilities! There has beensome issues with the machine. However the service members Freddy was able to make a temporary fix until machine was able to be replaced.

We notice when he is not here as temporary replacement don't tend to be as attentive

over charged and no refund!!!

vending machine charged me for items i hadnt received like 16 x 4 fingered kitkats instead of a can of diet coke and despite emailing the company several times still not had refund, have been on hold now for nearly 20 mins waiting to speak to someone,
so if no response ive been told by catering staff at my hospital that i need to initiate a charge back as they are not coming into the hospital as there is some dispute - doesnt really help me any

Die Preise sind unverschämt hoch

Die Preise sind unverschämt hoch. z.b. 3,30 Euro für 0,5 Liter Eistee. Selectra treibt fie Preise so lang hoch, bis keiner mehr was kauft und dann jamerns herum dass pleite gehen. Boykott Selecta!

Beyond unprofessional

The equipment Selecta supplies is standard and widely used — there is nothing particularly unique about it. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end.
The service is effectively non-existent. There is no visible calibration schedule, no proactive maintenance, and no sense of accountability. Issues are only addressed after repeated chasing, and even then responses are slow or incomplete.
Communication is poor, follow-up is unreliable, and there is a consistent lack of ownership.
The administrative side is equally chaotic. Invoices are inconsistent and difficult to reconcile. Payment records are unclear. Basic account management feels disorganised and unnecessarily complicated.
In short: average equipment paired with utterly substandard service and disordered billing processes.
For a company operating in a commercial environment, this level of unresponsiveness and lack of professionalism is unacceptable.

Schlechtester Automat + Service

Haben in unserer Uni bib einen Automaten stehen. Dort wo Studenten ein und aus gehen und man eigentlich weiß, dass Studenten sparen, wo sie können. Selecta hat da wohl was falsch verstanden. Die Preise sind komplett übertrieben (der Vorgänger Automat von einer Konkurrenz Firma hatte meist die Hälfte des Preises, der jetzt da steht, meist sogar weniger) und die Auswahl ist auch garnicht auf den Kundenbereich zugeschnitten.. (teilweise Getränke, die sich keiner kauft) keine Food-Option mehr und der Kaffee Automat hat meistens auch einen Defekt (Becher leer, Kaffee leer) alle regen sich darüber auf.

Schlechter Service …

Machines that take payment even though the items aren't available.

For a company that specalises in digital vending machines it is funny that their new machines, you know, the big ones with the screen that blocks the sight of the products, doesn't accurately know what stock it has. But I suspect that is deliberate.

So you select an out of stock item and are charged... Only then does the machine go "items unavailable". Surprise surprise the money is still taken from your account though. The hidden stock and digital machines that don't know their own stock levels has to be deliberate and bordering on a scam. Given you have to call in to refute a purchase and that call takes forever. Looking at other reviews, they promise refunds that never come.

Lesson learned... If I see the selecta sticker in future, I'm just going to avoid the machine.

Theft through failing to deliver promised refunds.

Unreliable machines, overpriced products, promised refunds that fail to appear in bank accounts. The reviews say it all, yet Selecta refuse to rectify the situation. The NHS and other companies should refuse to allow them to site the machines. Absolute disgraceful company who only survive because of the the small values involved. However, the collective FRAUD must be massive. Loads to email exchanges with customer services and several phone calls but just empty promises to refund. DISGRACEFUL

Fairer Anbieter

Keine Ahnung was die anderen Rezensor/innen gegen Selecta haben: Real Talk - Selecta ist Fair, was die Rückerstattung von Beträgen angeht, wenn die Ware nicht aus dem Automaten herausgekommen ist. Das einzige was die Kolleginnen/Kollegen hier benötigen sind genaue Angabe (Automaten Nr, Datum, Uhrzeit, Ware etc.)!

Zahlungsvermeidung durch schikanöses Gebaren

Bestellung kam nach Bezahlung nicht raus. Reklamation über Kontaktformular mit Bild. Ständige Rückfragen, da man mit dem Ausdruck des Kreditkartenunternehmens nicht einverstanden war, sondern man wollte Bankkontoauszug. Den kann es aber nicht geben, da ich mit einer Kredit- und nicht mit einer Debitkarte bezahlt habe. Habe es nach vier oder fünf eMails dann aufgegeben. Aber das scheint auch das Planspiel von Selecta zu sein.

At the DHL site

At the DHL site! I’ve got to say what a big scam and con, AI doors to see what you pick up and you have to deposit 5 pounds minimum. On the menu, you can see it before you buy, and the prices are different as soon as you checkout! 2.40 for a wrap then 3.40, and then also a yogurt said 1.50 was 2.40.

Joke! Wouldn’t recommend at all, scam at its finest.

No reponen existencias

En la biblioteca de la facultad de traducción e interpretación de la Universidad de Vigo hay una máquina de Pelican Rouge café y ya van varios meses que no renuevan bebidas y menos en época de exámenes en que se sale tarde del estudio y está todo cerrado. Es imposible tomar té al limón por ejemplo y luego el chocolate caliente sabe mal y no sienta muy bien que digamos... Si hay universidades que piensan en contratar con esta empresa, absténganse de hacerlo. Gracias!

Unterste Schublade und absolut…

Unterste Schublade und absolut schlechter Service. Wer seine Kunde, Mitarbeiter etc. verärgern möchte, holt sich Selecta ins Haus. Immer Defekte und Probleme mit den Automaten, dazu noch Mangelhafter Support!
