Kenny (Kenneth) has been working for our organisation for longer than my couple years and has always been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Any issue I've had in the past, he has ensured that he makes it to the problem station in record time. Very grateful to have him here and keeping our machines running. Always nice to say a quick hello when he's around too.

I work as a receptionist in a college and this company is great. Whenever there is a problem or the machine needs stocking up Maged or another team member come as soon as possible. They are respectful, friendly and polite.

Mark Price maintains our coffee machine in a quick and professional maner. Allowing us to work efficiently, as engineering runs on coffee.

Stuart Athersmith is a great guy who comes and fills up our machines and he is definitely worth 5*. But the company is rubbish and are only worth 2* at the most. We are often having to chase the company to get things fixed or to have the machines filled up.

I see Mark in my canteen first thing one morning a week, he is always cheerful, polite and I can see he really looks after our machine. This morning he took the time to explain what was wrong with our machine and set about fixing it. Id just like to say to 2468 you have a good asset there, top man, thanks Mark Price.

What should have been a simple job—replacing a hot water tap & water cooler, and removing and old water cooler—has turned into a completely unnecessary headache. You’d think this would be straightforward, right?

Unfortunately, for 2468 Group, this seems to be an impossible task.

I have chased multiple times over the last couple of months to get this work completed and have received almost no meaningful updates in return. The lack of communication, repeated delays, and constant need for me to follow up have created such a level of frustration that I have now withdrawn the request altogether.

Once again, I was given a date for completion.
Once again, the date came and went.
And once again, there was no communication whatsoever.

The entire experience has been an absolute shambles.

Mark Price is friendly, quick and helpful :) He visits our sites almost every day and always perfect. Thank you Mark
