Your staff were so helpful in store on choosing our 3 piece sofa and on delivery your service was really good

The whole experience from choosing to ordering to finally take delivery went very smoothly and I am delighted with my purchase. I would like to say a special thank you to the gentleman who delivered my chair who was careful with my surroundings and very quick and efficient thank you very much.

Great delivery guys, came in built sofa, checked it all worked as expected then left the place clean and tidy.

On arriving at your Telford store we were greeted by Resham one of your sales team. Resham was very knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of your store and we found him most delightful and a credit to your company

we visited the store on bank holiday monday and were greeted by Faheem he was a very happy young man he helped us decide in what we wanted went through everything with a fine tooth comb,Faheem is very professional and helpful and that is why we bought our new furniture.

Although it was a long time coming being made I couldn't wait but the settee was worth waiting for. Delivery was excellent and I was messaged several times to know where it was in transit. From ordering at the store to delivery the experience couldn't be faulted. Very very happy and the delivery drivers were very polite and helpful.

Firstly the Furniture had trouble getting through the doors, the men had to go through several doors to achieve this, they were acomodating but took quite a while. The sofas are made too big for average sized doors.
Secondly my Chair which was very comfortable in the store which is why we chose it is completely different, the seat is very very firm and plump and the distance from back of seat seems longer also chair seems wider. So quite disappointed with the chair. I would like someone to contact me. regarding this. P. Atkins.

i’m really happy with the settee,s there was only one slight problem that was noticeable, that is that settee have the control,s have been put in the settee upside down , but the controls still work

It took nearly 6 months to get the sofa because they are made to order, but it was worth the wait. Excellent quality and customer service. No pressure sales in the shop and I was kept informed of all the delivery details on the day. Can't ask for more.

We had a really good salesman ( sorry I can’t remember his name). He was so helpful and patient. He even made us a coffee. I will definitely recommend this site to anyone who needs new furniture.

As soon as my wife and I walked we weee greeted by a very friendly polite young lady called Rahima who made us feel very welcome. We looked around and Rahima asked us if there was anything we wanted in particular and my wife explained and within seconds we were looking at the sofa she recommended. We both loved it and then Rahima went through all the materials and colours we could have after she had made us a lovely coffee. We were both impressed by Rahimas professionalism and product knowledge and ended up buying the sofa we wanted.
Rahima is a credit to the company and can’t praise her enough as she made our experience truly memorable.

Furniture is quality and the staff delivering was very professional and very fast

The guys who delivered were pleasant and courteous and worked with high efficiency. Great efforts made to be swift and effective but also tidy rubbish away as they worked and through to completion. Also knowledgeable on everything asked.
