What made my experience great was the warm and friendly greeting I received from Ray. I explained that I had just started to look at furniture and hadn't really decided on anything. It had been about eight years since I had been in a furniture store.
Right from the start of my visit to the Poltronesofa store at The Forge retail park I felt very comfortable with Ray and he did not rush me in any way or try to sway me from any of the furniture
I took an interest in. He explained how your furniture was made and I saw how sofa beds worked from the cheapest to the top of the range.
I initially thought I would buy a double bed sofa bed and a two seater sofa. In the end I ordered the double size sofa bed and a beautiful recliner rocking chair that Ray said I could choose the colour and material to suit both pieces.
Whilst I had a lovely cup of Italian coffee, Ray went through all the paperwork and checks that were needed and explained absolutely everything untill I understood.
Ray was very professional and a mind full of information. He made sure I felt comfortable with my choices. He took time to ensure I was happy and I'm sure he will be the same way with all your customers.
The young lady who was at the reception desk was also ver friendly, beautiful and obliging.
You should be very proud of your staff and the incredible quality of your furniture. I have informed all my friends of my experience at your fabulous store. Thank you.

Saleswoman wasn't at all pushy, explained everything and went above and beyond

I had looked online to see what sofas they had and then went in person to try them out. I hadn't been to this store before, it was much larger than I expected. TBH, I didn't know where to start and then Rahima came to my rescue. I told her what I was after. I tried a few sofas until Rahima helped me find the one that was really comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble for her. I will admit that I spent more than I had intended but that is reflected in the quality of the sofa/chair/footstool I bought. The sofa I had seen on-line wasn't what I was after when I saw it in store. Rahima went through everything with me before I signed on the dotted line. Rahima was not only professional but really friendly and put me at ease.

I had a very warm welcome on entering your Telford store from every member of staff, I went in 6 times in total over a number of weeks LOL!!
They remembered me, I even asked if I could bring my dog in, and I could BONUS!!!
The helpfulness of all staff was amazing, they listened to my requirements and offered alternative sofas I had not considered because, for example, the feet were chrome, I wanted wood and then told they could be changed.
When I finally made up my mind, after a good laugh and joke with Marc the manager the interest free credit application was easy and quick to complete.

Great service in the shop at Telford, nothing to much trouble. Gave an approximate delivery date and was delivered two days early. Only had the two sofas for two days, but all is 👍.
Lead time was three months, so if in a hurry for the furniture could be a little to long. It was OK for us.
