Excellent service, kept well informed on location of delivery drivers. Furniture is lovely and was carried in and placed exactly where we wanted it. Delivery people were very pleasant and polite even with a sense of humour.

Staff in shop went above and beyond to help us and the delivery people were marvellous it was a sofa and came in a box and all packaging was taken away after. Marvellous company and would definitely deal with them again and would strongly recommend them

My experience was great i had a few questions but they got answered very well the only thing I could say is that your staff push everything that you offer and it’s quite pressuring and you end up confused and frustrated because you purchase stuff through pressure

The delivery team of Steve and Kyle were brilliant. They could not have been more friendly, courteous and helpful. They get five stars. Unfortunately, the overall experience ranks as a three as they were hampered in their job by a lack of communication from the purchase point to the delivery centre. At the time of the purchase it was clearly pointed out that a large truck would not get through our gates. This proved to be the case and ended up with me having to make three separate journeys in my car to take each part of the sofa down to my house. Had I not had an estate car, the delivery guys would have had to make three trips manhandling the sofa just under half a mile. Better communication is needed between the purchase point and the delivery centre as that would make everyone's life easier

We had been looking to replace our sofa and armchair for a while but had yet to get the enthusiasm to decide on the exact style and colour. We entered the Telford store for the first time and were warmly welcomed by Resham who was very informative and knowledgeable. He gave just the right amount of guidance without being overbearing and stuck with the task of showing us a wide selection, ultimately leading us to make our decision and place an order.

Resham who delt with us was very helpful and asked what we were looking for and showed us different ones ,he made us a coffee and told us all about the different types of sofas ,as we were looking for a leather one he showed us different thickness of leather so we could choose.

Both your staff were very helpful …. I initially visited the store and saw a sofa I liked the lady who’s name escapes me was very helpful and understanding… she seemed genuinely intrigued in helping me by the right sofa ..

I took some measurements and ideas , I returned to place an order with Marc who also was helpful .

It was great to deal with people who understood my needs in terms of what sofa I wanted and how I wanted to pay for them .
