Poor services from the guys in this…
Poor services from the guys in this store especially Nadeem, my partner wanted a sofa, we went to the store and it took a while before cos our sitting area was quiet small, we later settled on a sofa we wanted, upon purchasing the sofa
we realised it was still too big for the sitting area, that very moment I called nadeem and explained the situation to him, this guy told, there's no policy for a return or exchange if the product leaves the store, he later kept telling us stories he will try his best to help us exchange it if one of the managers leaves, I kept calling him and he only gave us excuses, it's been almost 2 months now and I still haven't heard from him. I am very disappointed 😞

Had a lovley lady in Dunstable branch I…
Had a lovley lady in Dunstable branch I think her name was mentar ? But very helpful had the deal done in less than 30 mins 5 stars review,bought from clearance but was allowed to pay remaining balance on hp over longer term with the cost of living this really made such a difference,delivery in under a week ,very happy customer.

Today I thought of getting a new sofa,so I went to SCS the same shop that i bought my other one from!On entrance I was greeted with a very friendly smile and a warm interest to what im looking for!?I looked at lots of different recliners from the cheapest with no features to the most expensive with electric even heated seats wow.So now i have a new recliners from SCS which is the best ,most comfortable seat that i have ever sat on many thanks to the staff there very good,

Wouldn't even give one star i brought 3…
Wouldn't even give one star i brought 3 3 seater sofas in 2021 and got them delivered end of 2021 i previously had problems with dfs where at the side of the seating cushions they used fake leather so i told the dunstable branch the problem and asked if i would face the simpler probelm what would be done and they told me that it would be fixed free of charge as you have 5 year leather cover but they reassured me that this would've happened with there sofas so after 2 and half years the same thing has happend to scs sofas got in contact and they are now saying i have to pay £75 non refundable charge so even if it is manufacturer issue i will not get a refund,
They have also used fake leather on the side seating cushions all they told me was lies to get my hard earned money and they could not careless unless i pay £75 i am now looking to take this to county court unless this problem gets sorted asap
I urge all to stop and think if your going to buy sofa from scs, they do not care and they charge you extras for no reason and say you will be covered if you get this extras and when the time comes when you do face a problem they want even more money and do not care at all.

I am very sorry to see that you have concerns with your furniture and that you are disappointed with the service regarding the call out fee.
We do advise in your terms and conditions that any issues reported to us outside of the standard warranty period will have a call out fee applied. If the fault is deemed to be a manufacturing issue then this will cover the repair, the charge is non-refundable.
I am sorry if this is not the outcome that you had been hoping for.

You get what you pay for
Staff friendly and helpfu. They told us we would be getting the 2 sofas we were sitting on in store. Which was fine. They asked us to check for for any tears or faults and take photos, whi The sofas are a beautiful colour and look very smart and modern. However, after sitting on them we thought these are not the sofas we sat n in store. The store ones were much firmer. The cushions on the one we got are much softer, so flatten . we have to keep getting up so the cushions can raise up again. We realise these were a really good offer price. Okay for occasional use.

Clearance store bargain, with speedy delivery
Purchase from a clearance store in Dunstable, staff helpful but not pushy.
Purchased sofa and chair, coffee tables and had it all delivered about 2 hours later.
Delivery guys were great, put everything in place and checked it all worked before leaving.

Clearance Store - Definitely Worth It!
Walked into the shop had a look around at a few sofas, Nadeen then approached me asked if needed any assistance, he was very approachable, talkative, friendly, polite and professional. Able to answer all our questions.
Didn’t realise the store was now a clearance store but it came through with a new amazing sofa and got a great price for what we got.
