Despite having the wrong address, despite telling both shop and call centre the neww address, the drivers managed to deliver the order in a timely manner, showing initiative, consideration for customer needs and in a way that need to be commended.

Not a happy customer
Not a happy customer, haven't been kept upto date, have had delivery booked and failed to turn up or let me know, can't get in touch with logistics even though they advertise a number, went into store, didn't want to know as online booking, I will be cancelling my credit and if they refuse I'll refuse delivery, terrible experience, be careful when choosing as its gone wrong for me.

Nadeem has been a very helpful salesperson. He made every effort to help us choose the right-sized sofa sets and demonstrated professionalism throughout the entire process. He even followed up with a courtesy call to ensure the sofa was delivered and that we were happy with our purchase.
Highly recommended, both CSC Sofas for their quality service and Nadeem as a professional who truly cares about customer satisfaction.

Our fifth sofa shop of the day at Metro retail Park and after feeling stalked by by staff in a previous one I was probably rather blunt in ScS when Lesley tried to offer me a discount card. Poor Lesley must have felt she got the short straw when I approached her for help but she was an absolute professional, friendly, efficient with impeccable customer service skills and a laugh along the way nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Lesley you're definitely the sofa fairy sprinkling a little magic along the way. :-)

So I've been emailing SCS for months…
So I've been emailing SCS for months now and no response. I've been calling them too, to be on hold for ages so select the option for a call back and no one calls. Surprise surprise. I requested my money back on a sofa that has fallen apart after a short time. But reply. I think now I need to take this further. This is my hard earned money that paid for this sofa. I don't have money to throw away.

Be aware of the un natural lights in store
I brought a sofa last summer it was sold as seen. We did look round it and sat on it and all seemed good. It wasn't until we got it in our lounge that we could see how dirty it was in natural light, I would not buy another sofa from them. I keep it covered but will probably get it professionally cleaned this summer, so I haven't saved any money buying from the discount store.

When purchasing the furniture the store assistant was very good.

Abysmal experience
To start with when they say get in touch it’s impossible unless you go through CEO EXECUTIVE OFFICE WAY and use your own time energy ,petrol etc in store to get heard.. So we have AURORA sofas and we have three seater and two seater purchased and delivered end of June 2024 .and by December 2024 they had become rock solid on the arms so hard they were uncomfortable ! You could actually see the shape of the wood on the arms ! We tried the whole month to get in touch but had well over two hrs wait on numerous occasions and the phone hanging up on us and no call backs ..
we eventually after Christmas desperate went into store to complain and they got through immediately, they sent a technician 7/1/25 who was horrified at the poor workmanship wrote a report and stripped one arm down to show us how awful it was , he repadded one arm took him 2.5 hrs and said the other three needed doing ! We said we’re not having this.
Contacted the CEO OFFICE sent emails to all ceo names from the CEO EMAIL website they came back nearly immediately ( brill site if your looking to complain always use it to get correct info ) we had a reply from the executive office after we said we did not want the repairs or the sofas !
They told us to go in store choose new ones to swap over , we did that were told verbally 28/2/25 delivery , then 14;3/25 now 18/3/25 ! Goal posts moved another couple in store with us we knew ordered as well and we were all told the same delivery dates and no mention verbally of cancellation process etc .
But We have also now been informed we need to pay £600 more which we hadn’t realised as we thought it was a good will gesture because of the terrible service and product.
we have said now we have no faith in scs and want a refund firstly they said no refund no cancellation allowed ! However this morning they told us we can have 75% of our money back on these shoddy examples as they will charge us a 25% cancellation fee!
Unbelievable useless and do not consider the customer .. we’re now considering the consumer show at three counties radio , the watchdog and we have written a letter called letter of intention as advised by citizens advice .. so that’s the small claims court as we believe the goods have not lasted the reasonable time as of the consumer act 2015 and we have ticked boxes been patient and given them time to fix it which turned out it would take a huge amount of upheaval and time etc and was agreed not possible and too costly for scs !so beware if you order from this company you will prob inherit a disaster and poorly made furniture and the after sales just as hideous as the furniture .. we have a long paper trial of emails and dates etc we know the consumer rights 2015 however scs doesn’t seem to want to know at all. BTW shame we can’t upload photos .We have pictures of the sofas inside when technician came and showed the poor workmanship to us !

Last year, July... I had a delivery of my first newly bought sofa for my first property, Stewart and Reece delivered my sofa and fitted into my renovation schedule perfectly. They were thorough, kind and considerate and gave a 10/10 service and assembled seamlessly. I would 100% recommend! Thank you Stewart and Reece, PS sorry it's late!

Leather sofa
Service was fast and efficient. A good deal for a leather 2 seater sofa.
Same day delivery was arranged and it arrived in good time.Phone call to alert us that the can was leaving the store.
Be sure to examine your product thoroughly though. Information about flaws not given.
