Both men were very helpful and arranged delivery asap. Other items like the rug was delivered with the sofa. Both were kind and had a smile.

Upon entering the store my wife and I were immediately made to feel very welcome by Abz. He discussed our specific needs and showed us all the sofas that he thought we'd like. There was no pressure and nothing was too much trouble for Abz and his trainee Harmanpreet. After being offered a discount and cup of tea we bought a lovely sofa suite. The guys in store where great, so we're the delivery guys, everyone we came into contact with were amazing, very helpful and friendly. Ever so accommodating. Only issue I need to raise with scs is the sofa has a rip at the bottom, not sure where along the way that occurred.

Very attentive and super keen for the sale. Came across. Stated on numerous occasions that all SCS couches were pocket sprung, even jumped on the pocket sprung demo block. Asked the young sales person to confirm my saten power recliner chair and 2 seater recliner sofas were pocket sprung, he confirmed this on many occasions! Guess what, they aren’t , simple thin layer of foam with serpentine spring. After a few days the chair foam lost its firmness. The support was a major selling point and I believe this was intentionally mis sold, as you can’t make broad statements without that knowledge. I will never use scs again, I would return under the consumer rights act, but it’s more hassle than it’s worth and I wouldn’t have a chair. Not happy! Given 3 stars due to the time he spent and the effort to get a good price

Fantastic service. Abz gave us the support needed and was very helpful. Sofas were delivered as promised on the same day. Delivery crew were super. They set up the sofas and placed it in the room we wanted.
