I’d describe my wife as a Scamp and Dude super fan, so there’s usually a birthday gift or pressie under the tree with something Scamp and Dude related inside it. I spotted something she’d really like two days before her birthday this year and stuck my order in - and in my haste to avoid her seeing my screen I forgot to add express shipping!! I dropped a quick email to customer services to see if I could pay for the difference and not only did Heather upgrade the shipping she also did not charge me the extra, and the parcel arrived the next morning, a day early!!

This is very clearly a business that deeply cares about its customer base and I was so impressed that I wanted to go a little out of my way to come here and share some credit where it’s due. Thank you very much to Heather and the team!

DO NOT buy ANYTHING from Scamp and RUDE! The postman accidentally delivered my items to another road and when I contacted the scamps for help they accused me of stealing?! They didn’t even bother to track my parcel for me and flat out refused to do so! Avoid!

The team absolutely did not track the parcel and refused to. Avoid this company like the plague! Very unprofessional! You can keep your kiss! It should have been easy to to buy something online but you made it as difficult as you could Scamp and Rude!

I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone!

This company has the most amazing clothes and accessories and the staff work so hard to make sure deliveries go out in a speedy fashion. But the level of service i had from Debs in Customer Service went above and beyond any expectations.

There was a small fault with a pair of leggings that my daughter bought me for my birthday a few months ago. I contacted Scamp and Dude and they replied in less than 24hours. When I sent the order number and a photo of the issue yesterday morning Debs sent a QR code for me to return them free of charge and the replacement was in the post to me by the end of the working day. Thanks Debs and all the team at Scamp and Dude.

I waited 9 months to purchase a dress I desperately wanted (a very much in demand dress hence the wait!). Gutted it didn’t suit me 😔 However the packaging it was sent in was very poor & I fed this back to S&D with nothing else in mind other than giving some helpful (hopefully) feedback. Their response couldn’t have been quicker or more positive. The dress might not have suited but their service certainly does!

I’m a long time customer of S&D but this week have had note-worthy customer service.
Having accidentally posted a large return parcel for another company to S&D - they not only found it but also returned it to me!

I was on holiday when the sale started and wouldn't be back in time for a delivery. I asked if there was an option to request a date for delivery and was advised that this was not something that they could offer, but did say that if I wanted to place an order they would ask the warehouse if they could hold the order until I was home. I placed the order and let Holly know the order number and she asked the warehouse to hold the order. Although there was no guarantee this would work, I.am pleased to say the order was delivered after I arrived back home. The customer service with this company is fabulous, the clothes are lovely and great quality and true to size. Thank you Holly so much for all your help . Really happy with my purchases.

Fantastic Prompt Service
I bought a gift voucher from Scamp & Dude, printed it and sent it by Inpost, with other gifts, to my daughter for her birthday. Inpost lost the parcel!
I visited the Scamp and Dude website wondering if anything could be done to help. They publish an email address and a telephone number on which to call them. No fill-in a Web Form nonsense.
I called and a real person answered immediately. No AI filtering the calls and failing to reach a resolution; this was very welcome. Scamp & Dude had the answer: cancel the existing voucher code and issue a new one. Within two minutes this was done and this problem was solved.
I love to deal with companies that provide easy human contact and that empower their employees to act. First class service.

Poor quality and expensive delivery. I’ve purchased a number of items over the last couple of years, I like their style and designs but the expensive delivery overseas (so many other brands offer free delivery over a certain $) and the returns if it doesn’t fit (issue due to inconsistent sizing), but most of all the poor quality of materials. I’ve repurchased two t-shirts as I loved them so much one developed tiny holes and the other the colour run under the arms (never happened with other tops), now sadly another item the midi palm dress from last year, as I’m in different seasons I’ve only worn this twice, but the fabric seems to have also stained itself, all black under the arms onto the beige fabric from the black palm trees. Gutted as I loved the dress but now only fit for the bin and very expensive per wear. I’ve just moved on some items through their pre-loved channel and have store credit to spend, I’ll be careful what you get but this will be the last time I purchase as these clothes have no longevity. I expect something with such a high price point to last longer than a handful of wears but obviously they don’t.

I’m a big fan of Scamp & Dude and love their products — the vibrant colours and patterns are such a refreshing change, the sizing is great, the quality is consistently good and with quick and reliable delivery.

More recently, I also had a fantastic experience with their customer service team when I needed some help with a return.

A huge thank you to Debs at Scamp & Dude Customer Services, who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She helped me resolve my return query with such care, helpfulness and pragmatism, making the whole process incredibly easy. She also helped with my questions about future purchases and products too.

It’s rare to receive such personal and thoughtful customer service, and Debs is a real credit to Scamp & Dude. Great products backed up by genuinely great service — thank you!

Dress looks like a creased up rag. No where near worth what is charged for these clothes.
