Contrate el servicio hace años, cuando decían que era licencia de por vida, posteriormente me quitaron un acceso a un usuario y finalmente procedieron a cancelar mi suscripción diciendo que ahora es de licencia con renovación.

I love save wizard but i just got my "lifetime" key revoked. Now, it wants me to buy a key again for another $60.
They lied about their service of a one time expense.

THIS IS A SCAM!! Save Wizard pretends to sell you a lifetime license to the product, then revokes your access to it after just a few years and forces you to buy it again.

They revoke my license. They said lifetime but no. Totaly scam

I purchased Save Wizard for PS4 MAX from Data Power Development Limited with the clear promise of lifetime access and no subscription. After years of normal use, they revoked my license without consent, without any warning or compensation, even though they continue to sell and support the same product.

This is completely unethical and misleading. They broke their own promise and stole €54.99 from me.

Do not trust this company or their products.
Save Wizard is a SCAM.

Bought savewizard around 2019 for $60, was supposed to be a one time payment lifetime access. And then Years later (last year I believe 2025) they decided to revoke everyone's access unless they payed them again. Hope they get what they deserve.

This is a scam in may 29 2019 I bought a license key with the promise will be "lifetime" but turns out is not. Now they revoke my license key and they suggest bought a new one!! Wich is totally unethical and wrong.
My advise for new people are considering bought it... please Don't!!!! Don't empower this kind of scammers and unethical people without principles

After selling a "lifetime" cd key revoked the same purchase asking to buy a new code. If it was 20€ i would say a thing, but for 60€ its ridiculous. Do not buy from this scammer

Save wizard worked great for a long time. But they sold a lifetime subscription and then decided to revoke it when it didn't work for them anymore, which is completely illegal. I hope they get their pants sued off.

Thieves, paid for a lifetime one of fee in 2020 I still have the original email they have revoked my access and want more money.

Fraudulently changed their pricing after paying their one-time fee. Now they want everyone to pay to renew it so they make more money.

Quando acquistai il servizio nel 2018 per la modica cifra di €50 mi fu garantita una licenza a vita. Qualche tempo dopo hanno deciso di revocare tutte le licenze e di imporre una durata limitata a tre anni.
Si tratta chiaramente di una violazione contrattuale, perché nel contratto non era indicato in alcun modo che la licenza potesse essere revocata a loro discrezione. È una pratica commerciale scorretta, che trovo davvero meschina.
Non intraprenderò azioni legali perché non ho il tempo e sinceramente provo solo pena per voi morti di fame

Horrible useless company with a greedy dev. This guy thinks people are just using his program every day or something. No, we use it every once in a while. I come back to go use the product I purchased for lifetime to find out.... well its revoked. Why? blah blah blah I need more $ I'm a basement dwelling dev. Pathetic.

I tried Savewizard on a PS4 save game (retail) and when added back to my PS4 it wiped all my saved game files. I requested a refund and they have refused. I used it once and it wiped my save games.
Do not buy this product it is a Scam and AmEx Protection does not protect you from this scammer.
They have refused my refund of $59.99 for a piece of junk software.

Ich habe im Oktober 2018 eine Lizenz bei Save Wizard gekauft, die ausdrücklich als "unlimitiert" (Lifetime) beworben wurde – das wurde mir auch per E-Mail bestätigt. Nach Jahren der Nutzung wurde der Key nun einfach gesperrt, ohne Vorwarnung, ohne Rückerstattung.

Jetzt soll ich für eine neue Lizenz bezahlen, die nur noch 2 Jahre gültig ist. Das ist nichts anderes als Vertragsbruch und eine bewusste Täuschung der Kunden.

Ich habe alle Nutzungsbedingungen eingehalten – und werde trotzdem wie viele andere langjährige Kunden gezwungen, nochmal zu zahlen.

Ich kann jedem nur raten: Hände weg von diesem Anbieter. Wer seine Versprechen so rückwirkend bricht, ist nicht vertrauenswürdig.

Der eine Stern ist jetzt nur dafür, weil das Programm gut funktionierte und ich auch keine Null Sterne geben kann.

Lifetime license revoked – completely unacceptable!

I purchased a license from Save Wizard in October 2018, clearly advertised and confirmed as "lifetime" in the email. After years of use, my license key was suddenly deactivated without warning or refund.

Now I'm being asked to buy a new license, which only lasts 2 years. This is a clear breach of contract and deliberate deception of customers.

I followed all the rules and used the product fairly – yet like many long-time users, I’m being forced to pay again.

My advice: Stay away from this company. If they break their own promises years later, they cannot be trusted.

The one star is only because the program worked well and I can't give it zero stars.

SCAM! WHEN I PURSHASED IT IN 2018 IT SAID LIFETIME SUPPORT. TODAY I TRIED TO USE IT AND FOUND OUT THE KEY EXPIRED

Paid £50 for lifetime access to their software and today they emailed me to say that if I want to keep using it I need to buy it again which is breach of contract and consumer legislation

I am disabled and £50 is a lot of money and I feel like I’ve had my money stolen

Make promises of "no subscription", "lifetime access", and one time payment. Then "make the hard decision" to pull "license rights" on your access to what you purchased under those advertisements. They will then "invite" you to pay again to renew access.
They're just a greedy group of people abusing licensing laws to fleece their "customers." This is the definition of misleading and false advertising.
It's a shame cause someone there is a mild to decent programmer. Too bad it's a business full of selfish and immoral leadership.
