I love warcraft
Have been a monthly sub for World of Warcraft for over 20 years, so thats quite a bit of cash gone their way.
Even so i have had so many happy memories that its easily worth the £10 per month.
Would be 5 stars if not for the fact their once good customer service is now non existent.
Most negative reviews for Blizzard are from folks who got themselves a ban then complain about it.
Warcraft will be one of the greatest games ever.

WHY CANT I FIND AN EMAIL FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WHY DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO EVEN TALK TO THEM AND WHY CANT I EVEN FIND AN HELP ME OPTION IF IM NOT LOGGED IN. Myself i have all the dlc of black ops 3 , and they only sell the combined package , im not paying twice for the same dlc , these guys are out of their minds and the money got to their head obviusly, ill never play a game that is handling serious issues trough support by answering with random answers and simply closing my ticket , and pretend like i was reporting a bug in game … are the employees on drugs or something dahm man

E pensare che ci spendiamo anche i soldi per giocare ad un gioco che non fornisce la benchè minima assistenza. Davvero pessimo

Seit Wochen versuche ich in 2024 gekaufte Spiele der Call of Duty Reihe erneut zu installieren - leider erfolglos. Beim indischen Support wird in Dauerschleife um Screenshots der Hüllen und CDs gebeten. Ich habe es aufgeben und habe es 2 Spiele im Wert von 150 €, die nicht mehr spielbar sind - schade, dass man sich ein derartiges Geschäftsgebahren gefallen lassen muss…
Can You Even Call it Customer Service
I used tickets to get crate pulls on CODM.
It took the tickets but didn't complete the pull.
When I contacted customer service (if you can even call it that) I just got the same canned response over and over which essentially translated to 'nu uh!'. Awful experience that has made it so I definitely have lost interest in putting money into the game.
3 seperate agents with the same not helpful responses that just kept saying nope they are always there as if I didn't watch the error occur and see the tickets be taken and the pull never finish or reward anything for the 'pulls'.

depuis leur mise à jour de COD MW3 début Aout, mon jeu nne fonctionne plus.
J'ai contacté le SAV qui m'a fait faire enormement de manipulation, leur enregistrer des vidéos , photos, etc... quasiment 2 mois et toujours aucune nouvelles. Ca ne leur couteraient pas un centimes de me redonner un code (car l'installation de mon jeu et via un CD mais la plateforme m'envoie sur le PS Store). Des incapable juste bon à faire payer les joueurs. C'était mon dernier COD.

Der Support wirkt extrem unfähige und inkompetent, wenn man sowas lächerliches überhaupt Support nennen kann. Es wirk als habe man hier relativ wenig Ahnung von seinen eigenen Produkten und also würde mit vorgefertigten Textblöcken bei den Antworten gearbeitet. Der Support findet keine Lösungen und labert nur rum. Der ganze Fall dreht sich im Kreis.
Absolutely shit business model
Absolutely shit business model. The company will only offer support for games to the original purchaser, not anyone who has purchased the game through a reseller like CEX. Their updates actively seek out games which have been bought second hand and force the game to uninstall. When you go through a several hour wait for the game to reinstall you can’t play it again without buying it again online through Activision on PSN.
I WILL NEVER BUY AN ACTIVISION GAME EVER AGAIN.

THE CUSTOMER CARE IS A ...
I cannot build ANY weapon – not even one – although I have no builds at all. I sent over 30 emails with every detail, and Customer Care still lies to me. They even promised once to escalate my case, but they never did. I have invested a lot of money in this game, yet I am ignored and deceived. This is destroying the game for me – players deserve honesty, respect, and REAL support, not lies and broken promises!

without any valid reason I no longer receive xp without any reason I have been banned! I have emailed activision why this is and that I want to receive xp again activision says at the moment that they can not do anything about it and that I can not get my money back. I have been playing call of duty since the beginning on multiple consoles and have never used a hack or cheat. For the first time I thought let me try it on the pc and after lvl 55 I was immediately suspended. What a ridiculous reason and asking for an explanation is no use you can wipe your mouth. I can not get my money back and probably not my account either but that is still unclear.. I am very angry with activision and their lousy policy. Let Battlefield 6 come out soon that is at least a game of real quality. No LGBTIQ+ cod for me anymore! I will boycot this stupid activision

i cannot play via battle net because i need to verify my email, but i dont havwe access to the email, i have had this problem numerous times in the past and activision support would immediatley would help fix now they are telling me they cannot confirm i am the owner of my own account which makes no sense, and i have no others ways of playing now, thanks activision ur support is really good......
Abandon all hope
They do not know what they are doing, they use pre-made prompts, barely speak english and repeat the same thing many times. I lost my account with battle pass due to their mistake and they are not willing to make it up to me. I like COD but i stopped playing it because of their horrible support.

J'ai écris à deux reprises au service client Activision car j'ai demandé de clôturer mon compte Outlook à Microsoft il y a de cela plus de quinze ans. J'ai oublié de changer l'adresse mail associé à mon compte Activision est par chance, celui ci est toujours relié à mon compte Sony. Mais impossible de procéder au changement de l'adresse mail est le service client Activision me répond ceci :
-"Je comprends votre situation par rapport à la difficulté à changer l'adresse e-mail de votre compte Activision, je sais que cela peut être frustrant et je voudrais vous aider avec votre demande, mais nous ne pouvons pas modifier votre adresse e-mail car nous ne sommes pas en mesure de vérifier que vous êtes le propriétaire du compte. Pour des raisons de confidentialité et de sécurité, seuls les propriétaires de compte confirmés peuvent demander des modifications aux détails du compte."
Je leur demande comment faire pour prouver que c'est bien moi car je pourrais très bien leur envoyer une copie de ma pièce d'identité, des captures d'écrans des mes parties sur Ps5 ou de mon compte Sony, ou il y à mes identifiants corrects est mon identité. Mais Activision ne veut rien entendre.
Oui , c'est frustrant car aucune aide de leur part.
J'ai contacté Microsoft mais au delà des 60 jours, ils ne peuvent plus rien faire est impossible de recréer la même adresse mail.
