Literally awful, didn't answer a single one of my queries, waste of time even opening the ticket I had in the first place, not to mention how hard it was to even find out how to open a ticket with you guys. It's something I see from a lot of companies these days, each department you FINALLY get a hold of passes you onto the next department, and then eventually closes the ticket, useless staff clearly, already didn't trust PSA, definitely don't have any integrity. I'll make sure to boycott you guys more heavily in future. I genuinely hope you make an effort in the future to answer even a single simple question when customers finally manage to get a hold of a human being rather than just fobbing them off. Awful service, awful communications, awful overall. Massively regret wasting my time trying to get anything out of you at all.
God forbid you tell me if Cert #135526131 is verified or not, which is the only real answer I wanted in the first place. Like I said before in my previous emails, if you can't verify your own Cert numbers to be deactivated or not, and why... what even the point of you existing in the first place. Oh wait... money... I should have realised sooner, if money's not involved and you've already got your payment out of an order why would you bother helping any further. What a way to run a business.

Just had to contact PSA regarding one of my orders. I have been submitting with PSA over the last couple years and for the most part everything has gone smooth. Today I contacted PSA in reference to following up on one of my orders I submitted and Ariel in customer service was fantastic. They answered all my questions and were able to help me out to speed up my process. Despite all the bad publicity I have seen I have had a great customer service experience.

One of the sorriest companies on planet earth! The customer service is an absolute joke! First, when you speak with customer service on the phone, they all sound like they are still in middle school! Second, good luck in getting anyone who actually cares! All they do is say, "I am sorry." They do not actually do a damn thing! The last two orders I submitted were seriously late in returning -- way over the time allotted! There is always an excuse! In addition, no one calls back. Good luck in speaking to management -- never! They are always "in a meeting." If you get an email, it is basically a "kiss-off" response. Good luck getting a refund for waiting so long either! On one order, what was supposed to be 30 days, ended up being 110 days -- absolutely ridiculous! How they are still in business is just shocking! Truly a sorry, sorry organization! I wish other companies authenticated photos (not autographed). PSA just sucks -- PERIOD!!!!!
They Don't grade cards accurately
Sent in multiple of same promo cards straight out of the packaging and they all graded between 4s amd 5s dont know how its possible to have all bad card grades. My bent in half charizard got a grade of 4 and my straight from packs got 4s and 5s amd they are not bent and in great condition. Will use CGC grading from now on.

The grades I got back are at least 2 - 3 grades lower than I expected just by comparing other similar graded cards I found on the internet. PSA is expensive compared to other grading services and their service is horrible. Won't be using them anymore.
Absolute Scam
Charge was made 02/16/2026 for $149.00 for the membership - it was set up for renewal. I did not know it was supposed to occur. I saw the transaction the SAME DAY. I contacted them and asked to terminate membership and issue a refund. No luck. Sent an email and they responded. Said they could cancel and issue a refund in 4-6 WEEKS. 4-6 WEEKS for a refund to a credit card??? Makes no sense. It has been 4-6 weeks and as expected - I have received no refund. I am guessing they are hoping that people forget about it and just keep the membership. Scam operation. Very immoral.
Not only this - but their grading services are very inconsistent. I have sent cards in - got 8's or 9's. Then re submit and get 10's.

Advertised the grading fee as a price and then put the price up by 21% so all orders on the way there had to pay the higher rate. They refused to honour the advertised price so are basically scammers

I’ve sent in my card to get slabbed 2x. This company is BS. THEY CONTROL THE MARKET! People in the card business need to move away from PSA. They will not refund my $. I sent a card to be slabbed as authentic through GameStop. They do not encapsulate as authentic through GameStop. So then I had some other cards I planned on sending in so I sent them in with a 30 day turn around so I paid extra…. They sent the card back in a card saver. I’ve asked for a refund several times. They’re offering me FREE SHIPPING, since they made a mistake. Mind you I’ve already paid over $100 just to get this card marked as authentic. I WILL NOT SHIP BACK TO THEM. I GUESS IM GOING TO HAVE TO DISPUTE IT WITH MY BANK!!! THE PEOPLE THAT COLLECT NEED TO WAKE UP!!! THERE ARE MUCH BETTER COMPANIES OUT THERE

Trying to lock people into NDAs by saying they wont do any business with someone if they make it public. They need to be punished and with the price of the card they practically DESTROYED(min 40k) (which there are only a VERY limited amount of them on earth period) it could likely constitute a felony if brought to court

If they dont give you the grade you want, just chuck them a few thousand dollars and maybe the PSA 9 thats been regraded 15 times will come back a 10. (logan paul)

I send in 20 cards. 1 is MJ’s Fleer roooie #57. Not only did it take 4mo to get back, they charge me for not encapsulating it & saying it’s questionable authenticity??!!!.
They’re supposed to grade & tell me what it is! Good, counterfeit, bad, etc.
I’m in awe over this & not receiving any grade.
I’m not into doing any stupid stuff to cards.
Beware when ya send high value cards in to them. Ya may not get an answer. But they’ll still charge ya!!

I FINALLY sent in my first submission for grading EVER. The funny thing is....I sent in several 1991 Topps Desert Shield baseball cards and they have ALWAYS been in protective covering. I sent them in to PSA thinking that they would be in the 8 - 10 grade area and they came back all over the place. I had one that was a 6. What? Then, they wanted to buy from me one of the cards. Well, you know what is going to happen there. They will increase the grade and sell the card for more than they would pay me for it. What a group of gangsters. Unbelievable!
Received a Michael Jordan autograph…
Received a Michael Jordan autograph card that was authenticated through PSA via ebay from a seller. Sent it to ebay to have it authenticated and encased. They tell me it's questionable authenticity despite the fact that someone there already authenticated it before. Take my $450 and send my card back. Won't do the right thing and refund my money. Crooks. Never again.
Bad grading by PSA
Had the card looked at before I sent it to PSA, NO problems found. No scratches, folds, worn spots ETC. The corners were absolutely perfect. Got a four for the card, a ten for signature.
A four means wear and tear , bad corners even a bend was possible.
I think the grader was having a very bad day, or their quota for out put is to high.

wish i read the reviews. sent in nearly 1,000 cards - all opened on stream, pack to sleeve to top loader. perfectly mint. how many 10s? less than 10. disgusting. shut these guys down
They simply never respond.
It is crazy to think that customers are trusting PSA with their expensive assets when they cannot even respond via email to resolve a minor issue. What do you think will happen when something serious occurs? I think it is time that collectors start to question the legitimacy of PSA. I am a coin collector, and NGC is always available to resolve any concerns, as they should be. And they don't even vault assets.
I have now been waiting over 5 days for a response.

All I can say is from the time that PSA grades your card and when they send it to the vault is absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. My recommendation is do not send your card to the PSA vault because it takes forever! On top of that, trying to save money and have PSA sell it for me on eBay, it should not take over a week to snap a photo of the card to put it on eBay. Ridiculous! I have never experienced this with BGS.
