The reason i am giving the 5 star was the tremendous support the team gave. Realised during a bathroom refit that the Bathtub was the key next part of the install and we hadn't had a note for when delivery was scheduled. When calling they due to the bank holiday told me it was going to be 3 working days. I asked if there was any way to get it sooner and after a quick check and no fuss said they would be able to get it in two working days but it could be anytime that day. It turned up at 830am on that day and meant no disruption to the bathroom timeline.

All other parts of the end to end process went smoothly so do not hesitate to order from this company.

Place an order, it was delivered promptly with no issues.

The support service was really good. I had an issue with one of the products in the initial shipment and and the team was very responsive and provided a solution and a replacement in a short space of time. It was a relatively painless process and much easier than I had thought it would be. Recommend.

It was my first time ordering from here and it was a seamless process. From ordering to receiving the item, I had no problems.

I bought an LED brushed brass shower niche, which has just been installed by my bathroom fitter so I’m yet to comment on the durability.

Clear and easy website to use, very good price point for the product I was after.
I felt delivery was slow though, had to phone a couple of times. Luckily it worked out okay but that would be the only down and I’d say leave a full week or more.
I would use again though as I’m delighted with the quality and price of my Vitra sink/vanity unit.

Very happy with the Bath Panel, good quality just what we were looking for. Reason for 4 stars is item was not sent out in a timely fashion. Other than that would use again.

Order was held up due to the unavailability of one product. Was able to speak to someone and issue was resolved immediately by swapping to another product and order was dispatched. The ability to speak to someone was critical, as opposed to a bot or email which is all a lot of other companies offer

We have a very small bathroom so it was important to check dimensions before purchasing. Such details were not always present in the write up on the website but it was easy to ask a question and the answer was very prompt. Ordering process easy and timely delivery
