I bought into the hype and reviews. Purchased. Cannot even get a reliable window for delivery, in spite of follow up after confirming delivery date. Informed Saatva customer service and they try to contact me at somebody else’s phone number. Entire system seems pretty screwed up. Regret my purchase.

Ordered from Saatva, the classic lux firm. Took 2 weeks to get it delivered. It sat in delivery warehouse. After sleeping on the mattress, I think it is too soft. Having back aches. Going to exchange for a classic firm. I do love the adjustable base and the massage feature. It's great. But took off two stars for slow delivery and matress softness. NOT LUX Firm. It's soft.

I am a 79 year old male, 5'7" tall weighing 160 lbs. and a side sleeper on our king Saatva firm mattress purchased in late 2024. Now in less than 18 months, it has been unsleepable for me during the last month or so until today, 4/3/26, when a different mattress was delivered from a competitor. Could not find how to post photos showing large bulge in hip area that somehow developed making it so.

These are horrible mattresses. The ONLY reason I am giving 2 stars is because of service. I have now had two mattresses. The first was luxury firm, that became a mushy saggy mattress within 6 weeks of buying it. Saatva called me after I posted my first review on the mattress, and offered me another mattress for free. Given my experience, I asked for extra firm. Same thing. A big mushy pile of junk. I HATE IT. Causing all kinds of back problems due to the way is sags. I just had to get spine surgery and I blame the mattress.I paid $2,200 for the mattress and it's horrible. I can't afford to replace it as I live on my Social Security Disability. Sorry,Saatva, but any first class hotel mattress is better.

I absolutely love my new Saavta Rx mattress with the Santorini bed frame. This mattress feels like a big, comfortable hug when I go to bed. It provides the contours and support I need for my chronic back pain due to scoliosis. I researched online and visited a Saatva viewing room in Boca Raton, FL. There, I received excellent guidance and customer service from Frank, who helped me choose the right mattress. There was no pressure, just helpful advice, as Saavta representatives do not work on commission. I ordered the bed on February 14 and received it on March 11, a little longer wait than originally planned, and was credited $150 in appreciation for the delay. Now that is great customer service, with satisfaction assured through follow-up phone calls and texts. I wanted a well-made-in-America mattress and a good night's sleep. I got both. We recently purchased the Saatva Classic Mattress, King, 11.5" Luxury Firm, and the experience has been outstanding from beginning to end.

For the past several months I had been dealing with persistent shoulder and back pain. My wife suggested it might be time to replace our mattress, and once I started researching, Saatva kept rising to the top. The quality, materials, and reputation consistently stood out, so we decided to give it a try. I am incredibly glad we did.

The white glove delivery and setup service was exceptional. The delivery team arrived exactly when scheduled, handled everything professionally, set up the new mattress perfectly, and removed our old one. It was effortless on our end and made the whole experience feel premium.

But the real surprise came that first night. I woke up the next morning and realized something remarkable — the shoulder and back pain I had been dealing with was simply gone. After just one night of sleep. I honestly did not expect a mattress to make that dramatic of a difference.

The Luxury Firm version strikes the perfect balance of support and comfort. It feels substantial and supportive without being hard, and it provides excellent alignment and pressure relief.

If you are on the fence about investing in a quality mattress, I cannot recommend Saatva enough. The product, the service, and the immediate improvement in sleep quality have made this one of the best purchases we have made for our home.

My husband and I bought the Contour 5. Waking with sore shoulders for several months, we decided to drive to the store in San Francisco to try the different models. I suggest if at all possible make this happen before purchasing. It is hard to explain your sleep needs and have the sales person choose the right mattress for you. We ended up with the RX king mattress and LOVE it‼️

After losing three beds in a house fire, my wife and I needed to quickly replace a king and two queens while navigating insurance timelines and a real urgency to get back into our house. Chrissy J. and the team at Winter Park made what could have been an overwhelming process genuinely easy.
Chrissy took the time to understand our situation, our preferences, and our budget. We previously owned a Sleep Number bed that cost significantly more than the Saatva king we ended up choosing — and frankly, we feel we came out way ahead. The Saatva team in-store and above stepped in to ensure we received the best possible pricing across all three mattresses, bedding, frames, and the platform bed for the king. That kind of advocacy from a sales team is above and beyond.
I can’t yet speak to long-term comfort or support since delivery is pending, but the buying experience alone earns five stars without hesitation. When a company responds to a customer’s hardship with genuine care and action — not just words — that says everything about their values.

Be careful dealing with Saatva. Just received a check in the mail from some Legal firm...I had no idea what it was. After doing some research, I found out it was a payment from Saatva for overcharging me on the taxes they charged me. Somebody must of sued these lowlifes and they had to return the money they overcharged. Watch out!!! Smells like a scam.

We went to their showroom, credit card in hand, ready to buy.
Because of my multiple disabilities that was quite the ordeal.
We were "helped" by a woman who claimed to have worked there 2 and a half years. My wife and I both come from extensive sales backgrounds.
WE KNOW when we are dealing with an untrained amateur.
Just to encapsulate the whole experience, ten minutes into it,
I had to ask her to tell me her name. No sales technique whatsoever. She was totally sterile, business only.
If this situation required a cashier MAYBE she would suffice.
Of course, she walked us without so much as a "see ya later."
No one else intervened. No supervisor. No floor manager.
None of the other two "salespeople" sitting behind the counter as the woman blew us out of the place.
This was an over $4,000.00 sale walking out the door!
My wife and I were so taken aback that I e-mailed their corporate office to tell them of our experience.
Fortunately, we were soon contacted by TJ, the District Manager.
This fellow knows his stuff. He was totally competent, a total professional. TJ salvaged the whole deal and got a bed coming our way. I can't help but wonder how many other sales are not given to him to fix.

If I could give it 0 star I would. THE WORST MATTRESS I ever seen. After sleeping on the Zen mattress for about three months, both my husband and I developed serious back, shoulder and neck problems.

We initially used the less firm side. Within weeks, I began experiencing significant lower back pain and had to attend physical therapy for two months. At the time, I did not realize the mattress could be the cause! However, when I slept on the couch for one week, my lower back pain completely disappeared.

We then flipped the mattress to the firmer side, hoping it would solve the issue. Instead, my husband began experiencing upper back, shoulder, and neck pain. We even switched sides of the bed to rule out positioning — and now I am dealing with severe neck pain to the point where I can barely turn my head!

This mattress has developed visible indentations on both sides. The depressions began to form after just a few nights of sleeping on it! For reference, I weigh just 100 pounds, making this degree of indentation especially concerning.

We have never experienced anything like this with any other mattress before. Extremely poor quality of product! What was marketed as a premium, supportive product has instead led to severe back, shoulder and neck problems for both of us.

To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to formally complain about the poor service I have received regarding a warranty claim for an adjustable bed base from Saatva.
After purchasing two beds with adjustable bases, one base broke. Despite the product being under warranty, my wife ( a female) was initially told very rudely it was not covered. It took multiple phone calls from me ( a man) to finally confirm that the item is, in fact, covered.
Following that confirmation, I have spent weeks making additional phone calls to arrange a replacement. The delivery company has now missed the scheduled delivery window twice, despite me waiting at home for four hours on each occasion.
The level of service I have experienced is unacceptable. I expect this issue to be resolved immediately with a confirmed delivery date that is honored. Although I doubt that will happen.

Every interaction I had with every person at Saatva was quick, efficient and helpful. I sent an email asking a question - within a half hour got a call back. Once in the store, there was no pressure to buy the more expensive options - Ryan seemed focused on helping me get what I needed in the price range that felt right to me. IThe delivery was fast and easy - they set up the new bed and took away the old and I've been sleeping well every night since. Very happy with the overall experience!

After months of comparing mattresses, I continued to return to the Saatva for its quality, craftsmanship,, and service. My choice narrowed between a Saatva and a Spinks (British brand), so I visited the Charlotte Saatva store. Marcus introduced mattress options that fit my needs and easily led me to the perfect one. I have had severe neck injuries and challenges with hip alignment from old days of equestrian sports, some of which I had simply resolved to just bear. Then Marcus’ in-depth knowledge helped me find the relief I truly never thought I would experience. My hip pain subsided with just a few minutes of lying on the Classic. No question, it was the right choice. Marcus then helped choose two new pillows and an amazing all cotton mattress cover to give me an even better fit and feel. I highly recommend relying on his expert knowledge. He is a rarity in customer service, taking time to hear my woes and patiently giving me choices. Saatva staff are incredible personable and fully knowledgable about the entire product line.

After the first night, I awoke before my alarm without any aches, ready to start my day feeling rested and energized. The Saatva has a healing feel. My partner and I are able to sleep comfortably, soundly, and with confidence of a solid night’s rest.

My wife Pat and I are in our mid 70’s and have been married for 56 years. We have had back issues for many years and it wasn’t until we purchased a Saatva mattress that we finally found relief. 

We started out with a Luxury Classic but subsequently swapped that out for the Classic Firm.  We were initially concerned that it would be a nightmare returning our Luxury Classic for a Classic Firm, however, Saatva’s Customer Service Representative was absolutely wonderful and such a pleasure to work with.

The reason I’m writing this testimonial is that after many years of seeing Chiropractors and Orthopedic Doctors, we wanted to state that our back pain has, for all intents and purposes, been mitigated for the first time in years! Who would have thought that just changing our mattress would actually cure our back pain.  It seemed so simple yet was a miracle to us. So we would like to take this opportunity to give Saatva and their entire team of professional and wonderful people, our highest recommendation.

He was great. The items delivered had issues. We received the bed and the remotes, but we didn’t receive the remote cradles or any sort of documentation. I was expecting some sore to owners manual and so sort of “welcome” package with details on our mattress.

When you place an order, don’t expect to receive it when they tell you it will be delivered. I ordered a mattress topper, not a mattress. It’s been almost a week and I still haven’t received it nor has it shipped. The information that they gave me on the website about this order was not accurate. In this day and age companies need to understand that the service experience is just as important as the product. If you can’t fulfill an order within the timeframe you placed on your website you’re just setting yourself up for upset customers. And I’m one of them.

I bought one of their mattresses 2 years ago and I have no complaints. I just bought a twin and it just feels different. The edges don't feel solid...it is hard to describe but does not seem the same. But that is not my issue. I emailed them about the price dropping within 30 days of getting their mattress. Honestly, I just wanted them to send letter or acknowledging the lower price and I was going to send to credit card company. They proceeded to say we don't credit sales if you already got the mattress. That wasn't the question, but the guy on phone was adversarial and we just couldn't seem to talk about it. I just said whatever. I think this is the last time I buy from them again. First, I don't like price games.....but something not even really discussed is the quality seems off. But I chaulked it up as new and needs to be broken in. I don't know but "whatever". Last time

Being in our 60s my wife and I have slept on many different mattresses over the years, and we confidently rate Saatva as our number one choice. We purchased our first Saatva mattress in 2025 for our guest bedroom, and most recently one again this year. The quality and comfort have been consistently excellent.

During this most recent purchase, I accidentally ordered a California King when I actually needed a King. Saatva corrected the error immediately and shipped the correct mattress with no hassle or unnecessary red tape, which we truly appreciated.

Unfortunately, during delivery, the delivery crew accidentally damaged our expensive bed frame. I want to specifically recognize Beau Stevens from Saatva for his outstanding customer service. Beau acted as an effective and professional liaison between the delivery company and myself, staying in constant communication until the issue was fully resolved. His professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication were exceptional.

This level of customer service is rare today and is a major reason we continue to rate Saatva so highly. Saatva clearly stands behind both its products and its customers, and employees like Beau Stevens exemplify the company’s commitment to excellence.
