Absolutely worth five stars!
I was skeptical about buying a mattress online, but my Loom & Leaf has turned out to be the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on! The memory foam perfectly contours to my body, providing tailored spinal alignment and pressure relief every single night. It still feels as great as the first night I got it a year later, with no sagging or indentations.

Great customer service but poor quality…
Great customer service but poor quality mattress. It arrived with a stain and a lot of loose threads. I contacted them about the stain and they offered to replace but I chose to try to remove the stain which I was able to. I purchased the relaxed firm and after 17 months my hips are hurting as well as my side. I sleep on my side. It doesn't feel very supportive. I'm not an expert in mattress manufacturing but I think the soft top layer is too thick and the high density memory foam doesn't offer support because of this. This is my second memory foam mattress. My first from Bedinabox I had for almost 10 years and the only reason I bought a new one was I was "told" that I should. No sinking or any damage to my previous memory foam mattress. It had a couple marks on the cover from moving but perfect condition otherwise. Now regret getting rid of it. The Loom & Leaf also has small tears in the lop layer of fabric. This fabric is very thin. I expect it to get worse with time. I have never spent so much money on a poor quality item. They have great customer service and good marketing which is why you see good reviews. Ask anyone after they've had it for a couple years what do they think. I've heard Saatva removes negative reviews from their website.

Love it! It’s the ONLY mattress that I have ever slept on where I have not woken up in pain. I got the firm model along with the graphite mattress topper and it is perfect! I normally don’t write reviews but I felt like I had a few minutes and I definitely needed to for this. The customer service is wonderful and incredibly helpful. I will most certainly be buying another one !
They Stand behind their products, no questions asked!
Four or five years ago, I was in the market for a new mattress. I'm not a great sleeper, so there were certain features (most important was motion isolation as my husband is a thrasher) that were important to me and I came upon the website, sleeplikethedead.com, which helped me do my research and consequently order my first Loom and Leaf mattress. I followed with one for my son.
June of 2020, I took delivery of my THIRD Loom and Leaf to my vacation home. I slept on it maybe a total of 50 nights, with my husband there only this past summer, at which time we realized the mattress was not right. We sunk into the middle! It was really "squishy" for lack of a better term. We checked the foundation, and that was fine. We took the sheets off and it looked fine, but it was bad.
I called your customer service and explained the problem, now it being over a year since purchase, and a year out of warranty. Without question she ordered me a new mattress, and scheduled delivery for the next time I would be at the house. I took delivery during a "Bomb Cyclone" Nor'easter (grateful that they were able to deliver it), and it is significantly better!
Your company is truly great! I will be sure to share my experience and my love of your mattresses again on Facebook! I'll also be ordering more mattresses for the beach house once our renovations are done! Thank you for your amazing products and even more amazing customer service.

This is our second mattress purchase with Loom and Leaf. We love it! We have a short term rental property and we pride ourselves in having the best quality, high end furnishings. We think our guests will appreciate their sleeping experience with your mattress.

Loom and Leaf experience
So we bought our relaxed firm Loom and Leaf in January of 2020. The first mattress that came in we were rolling towards the middle as if the bed was missing something inside. We contacted Saatva immediately and they rushed out a new mattress to us. No questions asked. Superb customer service. When we got our second new mattress in February it was firm and could tell it was a very well made and constructed bed. However about 4 months in we noticed that it was almost too hard and was causing pain in the shoulders and hips. We loved the bed, its beautifully made and is very well constructed so we got a mattress topped from Amazon to help with the pressure points and pain. That last for about 7 months before we had to remove it because we felt like we were sinking in the bed with it on. We took off the topper at the end of November and slept straight on the bed. After a few weeks the pain in the hips, neck and shoulders were back and was waking up with migraines every morning. I called Saatva but they were closed so I left a message. Then remembered that they had an online chat. I opened up the chat and got connected with Timothy. I explained the issue to him. At first he was telling because we were past the 180 day mark there wasn't much he could do. Then he told me to hang on and I assume he went and spoke with a manger. He came back and offered a one time exchange for a softer mattress but we would have to cover the price difference (which I was totally fine with). I asked him what he thought would be better for us, the hybrid or the classic explaining we have been sleeping on memory foam beds for over 18 years. He gave us his best opinion on what we should go with (hybrid) and because that bed was cheaper than what we originally ordered he did it at no cost. He took care of everything and has it out for shipping. Not even a restock fee! That my friends right there is a company that believes in their product and believes in making their customers happy! What amazing service and very rare in todays age. I recommend this company highly and their mattress' are very well made. Thank you Timothy and Saatva!

My Loom and Leaf mattress is 4 years old. I had an issue and emailed the company on a Saturday morning. By Saturday at noon I had received a phone call from customer service. Took advantage of the Fairness Replacement program. Love my mattress and I will love the next one too!!
Worst purchase I ever made and now…
Worst purchase I ever made and now they’re charging me restocking fee with taxes, who does that? I want all my money back! I didn’t even have this mattress Sox months yet. This is the second one I’m trying out and it’s worse.
