This mattress is VERY well designed with pressuresmart technology. This is a gel infused into memory foam over the midd 1/3rd of the bed giving more support for hips and shoulders.
They run a metal coil at the top sides all the way around so edge failure is not likely.
The support for whole body is so good that my back doesn't hurt even though spending extra time in bed which is unusual.
I HIGHLY recommend this new technology of Pressuresmart. I am truly excited to find a mattress that covers all the bases.

My husband and I bought dream cloud because he has a messed up back we are trying to fix. He goes to a chiropractor for adjustments, and his back is improving. He feels the difference. He will be going back to his Chiropractor and we will tell his Chiropractor all about these new matresses. We bought the bundle. The premier adjustable bedframe with the premier memory foam matress and the matress protector cooling pillows and sheets set. The Claremont Bedframe adds beauty along with the comfort so we ordered that too! Our matresses are split king so the bases are split king and it all fits inside a king Claremont Bedframe. We are as snug as a bug in a rug. These truly have truly helped our night sleep. This is not a paid review. It's honest truth from a real paying customer. Don't knock it til you try it! You won't regret it.

Dreamcloud is the worst. The customer service is garbage. I bought a bed. It broke down on the first night motor that lift the head up would not work. Somebody came out two weeks later and replaced the motor and now it’s very loud. I tried to return the bed, they tried to charge me $600 to return the bed and they say they have a 365 day guarantee that is not true at all. I am very displeased with this bed. I will never buy another one.

Extremely disappointed with our shopping experience at DreamCloud.

One of the main reasons we chose this mattress was because it arrives compressed in a box, making it easier to move to our second-floor bedroom. After getting the mattress upstairs and opening it, it was immediately clear that it was defective. The pillow-top portion was about two inches shorter than the rest of the mattress—something that was obvious and clearly not something that would correct itself with “settling.”

Despite this, we were required to wait the full 72 hours before submitting a claim. After numerous back-and-forth emails, the defect was finally acknowledged and approved, and we were told a replacement would be shipped. However, we never received any shipping confirmation or tracking information and had no idea when the replacement would arrive.

This lack of communication was especially frustrating because the original mattress was now fully expanded on our second floor. Removing it is extremely difficult—it will not fit down our stairwell and requires advance planning to handle properly. After emailing to ask when the replacement would arrive, the mattress showed up that same day without warning.

Overall, the product quality, communication, and logistics were all very disappointing. This experience was far more stressful than it should have been, and I would not recommend DreamCloud based on this experience

It started sagging in the middle after about 6 months I noticed it looked impossible to leave reviews on their website. So far this is the worst online mattress I've bought purple was also pretty bad but not as bad as this.

Dreamcloud is the worst, gives me worst backpain ever. It feels like sleeping in a ditch, with my butt sunken in 8-10 inches hole. Almost impossible to turn to a side, falling back to that hole. Customer service asked to take pictures to prove that the hole is deeper than 2 inches. I don't think there should be a hole at all. My old mattress was Select Comfort, had it for 20 years, should off gotten it again.

I am writing about poor “White Glove Service” for which I paid $395 for a purchase of DreamCloud mattresses. The delivery team tracked dirt and mud all over our newly installed carpets and floors and then blamed us for "not preparing the house."

The beds I ordered were for a house we recently purchased in Aliso Viejo, CA. After purchasing the house, we replaced all of the carpet and flooring. The next order of business was to purchase beds.

Unfortunately, it was raining on the delivery day, and the workers failed to don protective booties or other covering. They immediately tracked dirt and mud through the downstairs, up the newly carpeted stairs and hallway and into the bedrooms. When the mess was pointed out, we were told that it was our fault for not "preparing the house" for a rainy day.

The workers then said that they would leave the beds downstairs and NOT deliver them to the rooms or set them up. We are seniors who cannot lug heavy frames and mattresses up the stairs so that was no solution. We ended up laying hefty bags on the carpet to prevent further damage.

A supervisor did call and let me know that the behavior of the workers was unacceptable -- both not being prepared with booties and threatening to not install the beds. Apparently, he spoke to them because they did then proceed to remove their boots and install the beds. However, the damage to the carpets and floors was already done.

Due to the damage, we requested a refund of our $395. That request was refused by DreamCloud with a statement that they do not refund for white glove service. If you need true white glove service, I recommend buying from another company.

Worst customer service. If I can tell you anything, it's don't buy it. They will not help you no matter what. They say they just dont offer it and make you pay for a handyman. It's wild. There should be a class action lawsuite against them. I'm already talking to a lawyer. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This bed is a total scam. I bought the split king mattresses bed frames, headboard.Basically all the bells and whistles after you buy it.They could give two bleeps. Additionally, the FTC sued DreamCloud in 2021 over misleading advertising practices related to product origin, resulting in a settlement and refund process for some consumers. I will be trying to get people together to do the same thing.

Received my bed/quilted headboard today. Upon opening the packaging, I found headboard is ripped. I was offered $50 but the headboard will continue to rip so I requested a replacement. The bed weighs 146 lbs so I had to hire 2 neighborhood boys to carry it in. Now with the replacement I will have to hire them again to bring the new one in and remove the old headboard. Then I will have to pay bulk pick up to take it away. This damage is costing me $ but Dream Cloud is leaving the trashed headboard as my problem. I COMPLETELY REGRET MY PURCHASE. TRASH

My mattress indented where I lay in less than a year. Horrible mattress as well as customer service! Do NOT recommend! Also their warranty is a joke!

I ordered a Premier Hybrid Queen mattress and Luxe adjustable base on September 1, let's say the 2nd because it was later in the evening. The online process was easy and information was helpful. As with other folks the shipping "est" date was 2-3 days later, which did not happen. I received my "free" mattress protector, 2 pillows, and a queen size sheet set prior to the bed arriving. I kept the pillows to use for decorative purposes, but the mattress protector, and the sheets were absolute crap and I threw them away. They were a "free" bundle with a stated value of $600. Give me a break.
I have a mattress and box spring I needed to get rid of and I have a shoulder injury pending surgery so I couldn't lift anything, so I ordered the white glove service at $199.00. Seems like a great deal to put everything together, and they took my old mattress and box spring. The delivery guys were from an outsourced company and they showed up 2 weeks after I ordered my bed. They were polite and did a great job unpacking, sitting it up and removing the packaging. There were two guys and I watched them complete the task for the most part, there was one occasion where one of the guys left the bedroom area to remove the box material. Once completed they left the house.
I have a small tray next to the kitchen and garage entrance where I keep my wallet, keys, etc.... Oddly, I happened to have $100 cash in my wallet, which is extremely rare for me to have any cash in my wallet. I didn't leave the house until two days later, when I went to get my wallet all my cash was gone; it's important to note that I live alone, I have no family/roommates, etc. living with me, I work from home, and no one has been in my house prior to and after the delivery, except for me and the two delivery guys.
I notified Dreamcloud immediately and filed a complaint, but naturally they asked for proof. They wanted my indoor security footage, who has their security cameras on when you are at home and the system is disarmed?
I had no way to prove that I had cash or that it was their contractor who took it. Their customer service was disappointing, unhelpful, and flippant about the whole thing; more or less "we'll talk to our vendor and call you back if find out anything". Anyone want to make a bet I get a call back? Yeah... exactly.
I know this review is long, but it's warning to all others! If you order white glove service with Dreamcloud be observant as they outsource their delivery and install, so make sure anything of value is out of sight.
As far as the bed and the frame is concerned..... I was told I could keep my existing headboard, but what they did was add the legs to the adjustable base and sit it over my existing metal bed frame. It looks stupid and not what I expected or asked for. The bed sleeps OK , it's not something I would willingly recommend, which is disappointing.

I should have looked here first.
Dreadful experience:
Fedex misdelivered part of the order on 8/28. I spent over an hour in several phone calls to Dreamcloud and eventually had to open a case with Fedex myself after rep told me “it is up to the digression of Fedex on whether or not to deliver to you"

Fedex attempted to deliver the mattress on 8/29. The box was shredded in one corner and torn in 3 more places. It was FILTHY. It was re-taped in several places. I REFUSED DELIVERY. Driver put it back on his truck. I called Dreamcloud and asked for a refund. 4 phone calls later I still waiting for the refund.

do not waste your money !!! Purchased the top of the line king within a year it sank. They offered a replacement and I took it even though I wanted the refund. within 60 days the new one sank worse than the first one. The website says money back guarantee. When you ask for the refund they tell you it will be refunded to original method of payment !!! LIES . They refused and send me a virtual mastercard for less than I paid for the mattress to begin with. They are junk mattresses / customer service is overseas and horrible RUN to another mattress company or store. Do not give them your money. You WIll Be Sorry !!!

This company advertises 1-2 day shipping after your order but as usual, there is a catch.

Not everything is in stock… they will make sure to deliver what they do have such as a big mattress thats impossible to pack back up if you open it - and their accessories - but a week later I get an update that the actual headboard and frame won’t ship out for three weeks… of course that update only gets added AFTER you receive the mattress and other items. It would be hard to believe this is not an intentional sales tactic.

They will advertise that fast shipping time, sell you items that are backordered or simply not available just to rope you in - and then offer you pocket lint (a $30 refund or an extra pillow) as an apology while you’re stuck without a bed for 3-4 more weeks.

It’s bad business, it’s deceitful. Buyer beware. I will never do business with them again.

I called and spoke with a Dream Cloud representative on 7/8/25. He assured me that there was plenty of stock and my Cal King mattress would ship within 2 days. So I went ahead and placed my order based on that info. It should have shipped by yesterday, 7/10/25. Today I check, and now they're saying it will ship 7/17/25. I called, and I got a whole bunch of excuses!!!! I canceled the order since I was lied too. Now I get to wait 5 to 7 business days for my refund!!!!
Don't order the DreamCloud Premier Hybrid, because they don't have any!!!!! I hate being lied to, now they have over 1k of my money and I get to wait......
They make empty promises while they hold your money. I just canceled my order today 7/11/25.

Don't buy cause when you ask for a replacement mattress they send the lower end one and staying it's the same but comfort is not the same. Talked to 2 customer service agents and both have ended chat support during when I was mid typing. When customer service doesn't want to deal with you they just end chat.

Never responded to serious delivery issues. Zero for post purchase customer service.

I have not had my mattress and frame even 6 months and I am on my second frame and it broke again ! Now they only want to send me a new frame because the refund was only good for 60 days !! This frame is garbage and to spend the amount of money for something that I can not return in such little time I have had it is insane !!

Pure garbage. Arrived damaged. Bed is also way too soft. It's like sleeping on a marshmallow. I don't recommend. Gave one star for refunding me, but I have to dispose of their broken mattress myself. Avoid at all costs.
