Right from the start ( arranging first viewing ) until completion ( less than 3 months later) they have been nothing but super professional and helpful. Had to sell my mother's property to pay for her care home fees so essential that we sold as quickly as possible. The Bexleyheath Branch were acutely aware of this and did everything they could to get us the right asking price for the property while dealing with over 32 plus viewings! Property is now sold! Would like to thank Neil, Marcus, Corrie, Margaret and Andrea - we couldn't have done it without you all! Would highly recommend their services!

Lettings team at Welling very poor. As a landlord they left all the tenants checks until the last minute causing undue stress for me and the tenant. They fail to ring back numerous times and have poor communication in terms of taking action. Although they answer the phone promptly they don't take time to discuss things or give advice on the phone. I have switched agents and am astonished how much better the new letting agency is performing. I hope they improve their service. The online service for storing documents is very good and reminders are also good but let down by lack of support from the team.

I would highly recommend the Gravesend team, the team were very helpful they contacted me throughout the purchase process informing me of the progress. Any queries I had were answered quickly and professionally. Well done.

Robinson-Jackson Lettings, Orpington

When I gave the notice to end my tenancy to the Robinson-Jackson lettings team in Orpington, they got a new tenant fairly quickly and wanted to know if I can vacate earlier than the duration I have in the house as I've already paid the month's rent in advance. The new tenant wanted to move in early. I asked if the rent due for the days that I won't be occupying the property will be given back to me and they said yes. Upon vacating the property and giving the keys they acted as if they don't know about this conversation. I lost nearly £650 because of their ineptitude. They didn't inform the owner that he has to give the proportionate rent back to me as I am leaving the house early and left me out of pocket!!!
Wouldn't recommend them because of their unfair business practices and lack of accountability!

I was sort of in a desperate situation to find a renting property in London. I found a property on Zoopla and Kaan Denis from Robinson Jackson was so helpful and quick on my request that I managed to secure that property within a day of seeing this on Zoopla. I am very happy with Robinson Jackson and special thanks to Kaan.

Do not use them to let and manage your property! Tyler from Gravesend is managing our property and it’s useless to pay for it. Nothing gets done on time, dates aren’t met, no calls, she isn’t proactive and just causes more stress. What a waist of money! When asking her about things she doenst even have an answer. Plus they only check the apartment once every 6 months and don’t have one letting manager per property. Do not use them!

I am so grateful to Robinson & Jackson Blackfen for their support & guidance throughout the sale process. I was impressed how quickly I received offers for the house & from then on the support was above & beyond my expectations. I had assumed once the offer was accepted, they would leave the solicitors to take over with me having to do any chasing myself. This was not the case at all. I was very grateful to receive weekly (sometimes more) updates from R&J & any queries I had were dealt with quickly & efficiently in a friendly manner. When potential issues with the buyer occurred, the staff resolved them to my satisfaction making me feel fully supported by them. I highly recommend this agency & wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

Neither robinson-jackson.com nor other platforms used by the estate agency have up-to-date listings. When a property has already been sold, Robinson Jackson does not label it as Sold STC or even Under Offer. Not only does this lead to disappointment, but comes across as unprofessional.

Sittingbourne branch I can't recommend enough. good honest and no hard selling. When our house sale fell through a week before moving, there was support and advice in moving forward. Sam the branch manager is the go to man for questions and worries. Top man!

We were from way out of area and selling a property for an elderly relative. Robinson Jackson were recommended to us by a neighbour. We were impressed with the company and Scott, in particular, right from the initial contact. In challenging circumstances he and Tony gave us prompt, efficient, sensitive and frank service. They really know the local market and went the extra mile to help us in every way in order to ease our pathway. Communications were timely and effective. The house sold in record time with efficient management from the progressing team. We cannot thank you enough. Carry on doing what you do!

It was the work of Lorraine Giles who went well beyond what I would expect of an estate agent trying to bring all parties together and expedite the process

Regrettably, the service we received from RJ Eltham was a bit of a mixed bag.

Prior to listing, Danielle was excellent in talking through our options, had a pricing strategy which made sense and happily rearranged photography at short notice. After listing however the 'sale' part of RJ's service went sharply downhill. We ended up conducting the vast majority of viewings ourselves because RJ couldn't send an agent out to do them. While the market was a little tricky when we sold, we still felt we were pressured heavily to accept a substandard offer - I suppose this is the downside however of a fixed fee arrangement. Once we did receive and verbally accept an offer closer to what we were looking for, we received a formal letter from the branch saying 'on your instructions, we have rejected this offer'. It was not much fun having to ring the branch and be told that this was an admin error. If I hadn't seen the email so quickly I worry that RJ may have erroneously rejected the offer, and we may have lost our ultimate buyer.

Our sale was then passed to the completions team, who I have to say were absolutely brilliant throughout. It's not the easiest of jobs when you're having to juggle questions from the vendor, the buyer and their respective solicitors, but Lauren and Sam did this really well and it was reassuring to know that they were constantly chasing to get the sale over the line as soon as possible.

RJ clearly has some talented professionals working for them (Danielle, Theo, Lauren, Sam), but the service and professional standard between onboarding clients and acceptance of offers could definitely be improved.

RJ find our tenants and manage our flat. We receive regular updates and bi- annual photos of the flat. Our tenants have always been happy, kept the flat in good order and paid their rent in full and on time. Any issues are dealt with in a swift and efficient manner by RJ. I would highly recommend them as agents.

There was a flurry of viewings at the beginning which went cold after 3 weeks. Immediately their (apparently only) sales technique was to pressure us to reduce our price. Furthermore on at least 2 occasions they left our potential buyers outside having not shown up for the viewing and we had to show the flat ourselves. They did not have our best interests at heart.

We went with someone else nearby who achieved more than our asking price fairly quickly. I would not recommend Robinson Jackson.

What l liked about these agents were that they are very straight forward to use and upfront. They answer the phone promptly and will call you back if a member of staff is not available. I used the Strood Branch when we put our property on the market in September and within a couple of weeks we had a buyer. We had moved to the West Country in early September and did want someone local to keep an eye on our property which they did at no extra charge while the conveyance was progressing. Michelle was good giving up regular reports as to the process from both sites of the transaction until exchange and completion on 19th December. Thank you for your assistance and professional service to us, we were very grateful.
