Belvedere branch staff all very helpful and friendly .
We had a few sleepless nights as our purchase had a couple of potentially unhelpful situations . Full marks to Belvedere for straightening things out to everyones satisfaction . This is our final house move but if we were to move again we would make Robinson Jackson our go-to estate agent .Unconditionally recommended 100% - thank you very much !

Nobody likes estate agents, but some are better than others, and RJ was definitely one of those rare few. I had a 'difficult' property to sell and they managed to do this effectively and efficiently. Communications were particularly good and all members of the team knew exactly what they were doing and did it well. I would happily recommend them to anybody selling a property.

We have just bought our first home through Robinson Michael & Jackson and cannot recommend them enough. From the viewing of the houses to picking up the keys they were great! They listened to what we wanted from our first home and delivered! We had issues with our solicitors (not through Robinson & Michael & Jackson) delaying the process and not responding to us, Jo was really helpful, always available to answer any questions, giving regular updates on the progress of the chain and she was able to help us to push through the solicitor issues and get us in our home! As first time buyers we didn’t really know what the process was and what to expect, they helped us to understand everything that was happening when our solicitor was unhelpful. We are really happy with the service we received and if we decide to sell in the future they will be our first call!

We bought our new property using Robinson Michael Jackson in Gravesend. Their service was excellent. Keeping us informed all the way of developments as they happened. They were more that happy to organise the viewing of the property 3 or 4 times so as we could double check things. All the staff were very helpful and happy to answer all our questions. The team, especially Jo & Tammy could not of been more helpful. We had what you could call a very challenging purchase, but with there help we got there and I'm pleased to say I moved in 18th September 2023.

A complex conveyancing situation, which was not forgotten or left at the back of the queue but persued until completion.

I recently used Tracy Wright at Ebbsfleet Garden City as my Sales Progressor, and she was extremely thorough and helpful throughout the entire process. My sale took 9 months and Tracy worked hard to ensure I finally got my sale over the line, and I couldn't have done it without her. Her friendly yet assertive approach made me feel at ease and assured at the same time, and she always kept me up-to-date with the progress. I highly recommend using her to get a result.

Worst experience of a house sale ever. Not even worth 1 star. Poor advice from the beginning and throughout the sales process. My solicitor frequently suggested I told the agent to remember they (as my sales agent) were acting for me, not the buyer. They were equally concerned about their poor service. It was probably the most stressful experience I have ever had, despite my working at high levels across industry and the public sector, managing large budgets and challenging stakeholders
Key issues included:
- the agent's seemingly poor knowledge of the current market, where I felt my knowledge of it was as good or better than the agent
- weak dealing with the buyer e.g. failing to give ultimatums etc. when the buyer reneged on issues Often the only action the agent took which was successful, was suggested by me.
- All the issues I had identified at the beginning of the process as likely challenges that I wanted to avoid at all costs, came to fruition, despite my highlighting these as things I wanted to avoid and despite the agent assuring me that my concerns about particular risks were unfounded. The agent's advice was incorrect, ill-informed, and unhelpful as a means to inform my decision-making
- response times were frequently not adhered too, so 'I'll call you back in 5 mins", where it actually took hours for a response to arrive. I was not expecting on demand responses but expected indications of timescales made by the agent were adhered to, even if to say there was no news and to give a new proposed time.
- Although not directly affecting me, there were also comments which were either racist or sexist - not about me but about others which was very abhorrent to me.

I was unconvinced they acted in my best interest or with good knowledge of the market. In the end the buyer didn't complete until 3 days after the agreed completion date and the agent should have had better knowledge of the market to determine the actions of the buyer more professionally.

I could not decide whether the managers who dealt with my sale were incompetent or ill-informed about the market and the buyer. They also seemed unable to listen to criticism with an open mind and to learn from it.

I was offered £100 at the end of the process (as is standard I gather) for any recommendation made, and my recommendation would be never use Robinson Jackson in SE London. I don't expect to get my £100 as a result of this recommendation though !!!

I merely called to enquire about a property for the employee whom I was speaking to, to just hang on me when I just wanted to say "OK, I think nobody will cancel the block viewings I will try again" which I didn't even manage to utter as she rudely hanged up on me! Poor treatment of customer...I've never experienced such thing...

Good Service, Kept us regularly informed. Very responsive to requests. All round very good. Both of us are pleased.

Just exchanged on a house, from the moment we put the offer in, the whole team have guided and updated us all the way. Whoever we spoke to, knew who we were and what progress had been made.
