Incredibly incompetent, pushy and unprofessional. Unfortunately got involved with them on a house sale, which thanks to their poor communication resulted in additional expenses for us. Avoid at all costs!!

recently sold and purchased with Robinson in Strood - What a team. Can not fault them in anyway. Our journey started with Reece the branch manager who was brilliant from the get go. it was tricky transaction, with multiple properties involved including the sale of my parent property, but they got it all done with Ease. Charley and Jade in processing were incredible, updating ourselves and our buyers constantly and even dealing with all our solicitors in great depth. I could not recommend this branch more if I tried.

Recently used Robinson Jackson for the sale our my parents bungalow. From start to finish was really happy with their service, but also support in the process.

Would highly recommend this estate agent for anyone buying or selling a property.

Horrified that Michael Robinson and Jackson gravesend branch, insisted on seeing our financial situation, and copies of our mortgage offer just to get a first viewing of any of their clients property's, do they not recognise that we are the customer and we pay their salaries, very unhelpful, will go to other more friendly estate agencies and will strongly advise anyone to use a different agent.

My daughter and her partner are ready with a mortgage and have tried to arrange 3 viewings with R&J through their website with no response - poor service

Until your property is rented by RMJ, its a OK.
Trouble starts when the Tenants stop paying rent, You as landlord has to chase RMJ for rent. No one from RMJ will contact you to give you update. Don't bother calling RMJ - Credit controller never answer the phone(I mean NEVER). Coming to Repairs - Have to chase many time to get quote. But Managing fee will be deducted, with out delay.
All this is Full Managed Service.

We booked RJ to sell our home in early 2023 and were very impressed with the introduction. As time went by many people came to view the house but alas no sale. Eventually towards the end of the year we received an offer and were glad to accept. Only downside during the year was that on one occasion the garage door was left unlocked and a light was left on inside the house. The house keys were misplaced on one occasion but luckily we found a second pair.

I recently purchased a property sold by Robinson-Jackson, the process was 1st class from start to finish and all the credit goes to Margaret and Andrea who made sure the sale goes through without problems and kept me updated all the time.

A very unprofessional company who be avoided

Sold my house through Bexley Branch and all communication was brilliant. They talked me through what to expect at all stages and no question I had was always answered. They know their stuff and their service was 1st rate.

Since putting my flat on with Swanscombe,the communication has been very good. I have been kept up to date, on the progress from the start. My experience with the team is one of professionalism, and extremely helpful. Keep up the good work.

I recently had a profoundly disappointing experience with Robinson Michael Jackson's Strood branch, which has compelled me to write this review. The level of unprofessionalism and misinformation I encountered was not only frustrating but has also had a tangible negative impact on the sale of my property.

The main issue was the inaccurate information communicated to potential buyers about the structure of my house. The agents falsely stated that banks would not lend on the property. This is blatantly untrue, as I am currently with Santander, who had no issues with lending. Even after admitting to spreading false information, the agency seemed to think such practices were acceptable.

Further exacerbating the situation, Robinson Michael Jackson made decisions on my behalf without my consent. They withheld and declined offers, directly contravening the terms of our contract. When I sought to terminate the contract immediately due to these breaches, they unreasonably refused, further prolonging my ordeal. They also continued to book viewings after instruction to immediately stop.

The unprofessional conduct didn't stop at misinformation. The rudeness I encountered from their staff was astonishing. It's one thing to deal with incompetence, but quite another to be treated discourteously by the very people who are supposed to be facilitating a significant financial and personal process.

Most distressingly, their actions have devalued my property. The spread of false information and their mishandling of offers have not only delayed the sale but have also likely decreased the market value of my home.

To anyone considering using Robinson Michael Jackson in Strood, I would strongly advise reconsidering. The lack of professionalism, honesty, and basic courtesy I experienced is unacceptable. The damage they have done to my property sale process is considerable and something I am now having to rectify through other means.

When buying my first house recently, the house was being sold via the Robinson Jackson branch in Gillingham. Although there were ups and downs, and delays (not because of them, because of my solicitors), the sales progressor: Kay Young, was absolutely amazing. She is honestly a credit to the company. She always kept me in the loop, did the most that she could for me and to get updates for me, and just went above and beyond! I would highly recommend this estate agents, and especially Kay. She is a gem and they should be lucky to have her!

Like - Near the end I liked the way Jo Rossiter was following up and assisting in the same. This made the process efficient.

Dislike - If someone is temporarily filling in for the person dealing with the sale then that person should be upto speed with all the information related to the customer such as exchange of emails, conversations etc. that has happened till that time. It saves the customer from having to explain it again.

I recently sold my flat in Swanscombe . I can highly recommend this Estate Agents Office . Amanda and Tracy are highly professional and extremely helpful from start to finish .

Robinson and Jackson Blackfen had marketed a property with 'ample off street parking,' which consisted of 2 parking spaces on a driveway. After putting an offer in and getting accepted I asked to view the property again but the branch manager was reluctant to do so. I paid for the searches as he was being pushy then he was more relaxed about a second viewing. After asking again about the parking another estate agent confirmed she didn't know. She sent me the plans and after I checked them, it was clear no parking spaces belonged to the property.
The branch manager said he would do what he would to get the matter resolved but obviously he couldn't do anything then he started to be quite rude again and was nit compromising between myself and the seller to re negotiate the price.
I've now walked away from the property but lost out on £378 due to searches being paid for.
Just be careful. Check everything don't be fooled by their marketing. I've got evidence of the marketing and the plans as they have now since changed it all.

RMJ sold our flat before it even went to market the whole process was simple and we were kept in contact with throughout

Belvedere branch staff all very helpful and friendly .
We had a few sleepless nights as our purchase had a couple of potentially unhelpful situations . Full marks to Belvedere for straightening things out to everyones satisfaction . This is our final house move but if we were to move again we would make Robinson Jackson our go-to estate agent .Unconditionally recommended 100% - thank you very much !
