Rich Tone Music Anmeldelser

First visit to the shop (I've shopped online before with no hassle so thought I'd make the drive across from East Yorkshire). Excellent experience. Very relaxed and helpful staff. I was after a few pedals. They set me up with an amp and guitar and I played through half a dozen or so before picking the 3 I liked (plus I bought a lead). Thoroughly enjoyable visit and will definitely shop there again.

Purchased a second hand Fender Jaguar. Beautiful condition, like new. I had a couple of queries prior to delivery due to an error I made ( I picked the wrong guitar!) and the staff were superb, changed my order as requested and kept me informed. I have bought a few used guitars from Rich Tone and would highly recommend them.

Absolutely delighted with my pre-loved Mini-fuzz face (germanium); she spits & growls, loads of sustain & harmonics. Pinched harmonics have that lovely ear-twitching quality.
Slightly scuffed but as advertised, definitely those Jimi tones with a Strat.
Funnily enough didn’t really suit the set-up in my living room Fender Blues Junior IV: loss of signal, not much fuzz. Totally different with the bedroom Fender Blues Deluxe Reissue - this has some distort built in anyway & valve driven pre-amp: totally different in fact ear-piercing which sounds just great. Same pro-Am HSS Strat sounds gorgeous. Drawn out breakup is drooly.
Instant delivery (24 hrs) & sturdily packed

Bought a second hand speaker. On the product page it said delivery next day - when I get to payment turns out it was either Saturday delivery after the bank holiday. I bite the bullet and pay the £15 for Saturday delivery as I need this speaker asap. It’s Saturday at 6.30 payment and delivery never happened.

Great experience buying a second hand guitar. Arrived within 48hrs packaged very well. The guitar itself is stunning and has exceeded my expectations. Price was fair, would use richtone again without hesitation. It would be nice to see a little more description of the second hand guitars and also close ups of any damage etc the condition description is a little vague - not picking faults just would be helpful.

Thanks guys.

Sold a guitar & amp which i no longer used. Courier arrived the day after accepting the offer & payment was made within minutes of them receiving the items. Could've made more selling privately but they understandably need to make a profit however it was a very fair price. Excellent communication throughout the process and would definitely recommend.
Thanks guys 👍

Always a pleasure dealing with Rich tone, friendly and a fair price. Recommended

Very easy to deal with. Sent photos of Guitar and they made an offer very quickly. Very fair price and quick service.
Made an offer on the Tuesday, item collected next day and money was in my account Thursday.

Such an easy process selling my guitar.
They arranged collection and once it had been received, they sent payment straight away. Would definitely recommend and use again if needed.

Great choice, almost too big a choice, but I had a great time looking.
I chose a Gibson at a good price with the help of a very friendly and knowledgeable member of their team. All the people there obviously loved their jobs.
Also got a good price for my p/x.
I thoroughly recommend.

Great music store for buying and selling musical instruments. Friendly staff, good prices and fair p/x or purchase values given. Highly recommended.

Super responsive when I enquired about selling my acoustic guitar, even though it was an entry level model.

Quote seemed fair and payment was prompt.

As always the team were a pleasure to deal with.
