Richer Sounds - Leicester Anmeldelser

Paul at Leicester shop was most helpful. Even after I changed my floor speaker order .
He kept me up to date on the delivery date and times

Excellent customer service, extremely knowledgeable, courteous and helpful with setup - this is the reason why you should visit a shop rather than buy online!

Excellent service, staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, also price was very good, thoroughly recommend
Richer Sonds.

Richer Sounds approach to customer engagement is second-to-none. They actually have phone numbers for branches, which are answered by a real, knowledgeable person. I phoned about the availability in one store of a product, and we had a perfectly sensible conversation without sales push. I now have my product.

Wonderful advice and great service re a new TV and wall mount.
I’d tried various stores for a particular TV but they had no stock.
Leicester was the only store that suggested a slightly better model that was slightly more expensive.

It's great to come to an actual shop, staffed with actual people who are knowledgeable and passionate about the products. It's a breath of fresh air.

Absolutely top notch service from Jason ( as usual),
Superb advice and a great product to boot, cheers mate!

Fast delivery and excellent customer service

Excellent service and advice given , prompt delivery , very happy with my purchasing experience

I purchased a Optoma Photon Pk52 Projector after a great discussion with Richard Pells, the sales advisor. Great service and advice. Would highly recommend.

Good advice, listened to my requirements and suggested cost-effective solutions (when there were many more costly options he could have recommended).

The shop service was excellent, I did have a problem with the delivery, they left it by my front door but didn't ring the bell or knock the door, I only found it after an email saying it had been delivered.

Easy to order and kept informed of collection details

All good. Seb at the Leicester shop really helpful in helping me sort out a new turntable as the Denon had an audible buzz when playing through the speakers.

After researching amplifiers and speakers, I turned to Richer Sounds for a sound test of my top selections. Levi was exceptionally helpful, making my listening experience truly enjoyable. I encourage you to check them out; their prices are among the best, and you'll have the chance to listen before making a purchase. It's a decision you won't regret!

Made many Hi Fi purchases from this company since 1990s, always good value and the 6 year warranty is a must.
My latest buy was the Ben Q MacBook monitor, what a good screen it is, easy to set up and works a dream.

Lots of advice & plenty of time given. No pressure. A thoroughly enjoyable experience.

It was a pleasure to deal with you again, Richard was extremely helpful, polite whilst remaining professional. The whole service was a pleasing experience from start to finish. Delivery service was also excellent, thank you.

Very helpful and could not have been better to deal with in providing just what I wanted.

Easy to order, item was in stock and sales advisor sorted out the VIP discount which I could not get to work online.
