Richer Sounds - Leicester Anmeldelser

I
Jason was so helpful and knowledgeable regarding my hi fi upgrade. A real pleasure to shop somewhere that values good customer service, 10/10 without a doubt.

Richard was excellent at talking through the various options, very knowledgeable and interested in the products and what they were intended for. Also proposed a very helpful solution regarding a replacement product, the whole experience was very positive. The service was excellent and my son is delighted with the headphones.

Fantastic service & advice from Richer Sounds in Leicester. We've used this shop multiples times and no matter who we've dealt with the quality of the service and the advice (i.e. what to buy & what not to buy) had been exceptional. We do not go anywhere else.

Great customer service by James, rare these days!
We felt genuinely listened to, everything was explained really well and we were really happy with our purchase, especially the great quality and price

Very good advice, much patience as there was a glitch on my phone during payment, sorted efficiently. Bought the more expensive model (Pro ject Debut Carbon Evo 2) as figured I could have hunted for the cheaper end of line model but always trust Richer Sounds. Very happy with purchase! And special shout to Levi who dealt with the purchase…

Simple process; I collected from the store - friendly staff.

Item was there at the time specified and the whole process from "ask" to "receipt" was speedy.

Whoever you speak to at Leicester store are very helpful and friendly. Nothing is too mch trouble and very patient

Very helpful & had plenty of time for me to choose what was the best option for me

Excellent service from the guys in Leicester. I had ordered online for click-and-collect. But due to a change in work schedules, I needed to get my order redirected from Leicester up to the Newcastle branch.

Jason was able to intercept the delivery in Leicester and arranged for my order to be shipped overnight, for me to collect in Newcastle the following day. A fine example of best-in-class customer service. Thank you!

Paul and Levi provided fantastic support and a great customer experience.

Sales staff were excellent, and knew what they were talking about, unlike staff at other electrical stores.
Added to this, the pricing was very good

Wonderful refurbished product offered at a great price. Service at branch was excellent, as usual. Item. was reserved quickly for me, collection was not rushed, and advice was helpful.

Great service and product knowledge. They went above and beyond for my son's 18th birthday present.

As ever, the staff (Levi in particular!) were welcoming, helpful and ready to put themselves out. I wouldn’t buy HFi anywhere else.

Friendly helpful salesman, very pleased with radio

Repeat customer purely because of excellent product knowledge, price and availability.
First class service.

The staff go out if the way to get the best for my set up and what i need, not even pushing the expensive items but what would suit me best. My first stop for anything, even just advice. Spot on.

Very knowledgeable staff. Very helpful, kind and polite.
