Great website
Website is very easy to navigate and the prices were unbeatable (Currys said they would price match until I told them the RS price)
Pick up from store couldn't have been better.

Excellent purchase experience from Richer Sounds in Leicester
Purchased an LG OLED TV from Richer Sounds in Leicester , contacted the shop by telephone and spoke with Paul who was very well informed and helpful about the particular product . Delivery was very quick and efficient , highly recommend Richer Sounds .

I can't speak highly enough of Richer Sounds.
I had a limited budget when bying my cd player. Not for one moment did I feel pressurised to spend above my budget. Indeed every effort was made to find me the best player to meet my needs. Thank-you Levi.
As the situation developed I had to return to the shop and it became apparent I needed new speakers.
Again I was given 5 star treatment to ensure I had wonderful sound without breaking the bank. This time it was Richard who gave me so much expert guidance.
He also arranged for Mark to come to my home to install the speakers. I was in the shop on the Monday, by Wednesday my system was up and running and totally wonderful.
I will never forget the kindness of Levi, Richard and Mark. So uplifting and life affirming during our present troubled times.

I was genuinely sorry to read about your experience and agree completely, if you were initially advised that a setup service could be arranged and then later told this wasn’t possible, that is understandably very frustrating.

Couldn’t afford it excellent service they helped me out even I wanted to change my 65 inch TV to a 77 inch the Manager sorted it out seamlessly and went out of their way much appreciated

Turntable Purchase
I recently visited Richer Sounds Leicester with a view to purchase a new turntable and sound system. Jason was fantastic, he was very friendly, able to talk me through all of my options and explained everything perfectly. I am bowled away by the quality of my new audio technica turntable and my records sound fantastic on it. Big thanks to the guys at Richer Sounds for all your help - very highly recommended.
