Richer Sounds - Leicester Anmeldelser

Had some great advice when upgrading my turntable. Of course, don’t leave the shop without buying!
Great service as per usual

The shop was quite busy so had to wait quite a while to be seen by a member of staff.
I was really pleased with the level of service, the member of staff was very knowledgeable and helped me decide on what I was looking for.

Great customer service, as always!

Lovely service as always

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Nothing was too much trouble. After sales support is excellent. Definitely recommend.

Levi was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable it made my experience of purchasing my deck very straight forward and his advice was second to none especially setting my new deck up

I phoned the nearest store to me, ordered my goods, received splendid over the phone service and was informed of how everything would work, and it did.
Absolutely first class.

The service i received in the shop was excellent from Levi in your Leicester branch. I did however receive a 55 inch tv instead of a 50 inch television and was worried that it wouldn’t fit fortunately it has gone in ok although it does go over the window ledge a bit but still looks fine. I am very pleased with the sound and picture quality of the top of the range Hisense tv that I have purchased. Hope I’m still pleased in a years time. Thanks for all your help. Well done

Friendly, informed and professional advice.
A pleasant experience with excellent customer service
Thank you Richard

Perfect service. James helped me in my purchase, and couldn’t have been more helpful. Excellent service.

Brilliant Customer Service, went out of their way to help. Will be using Richer Sounds again, hopefully many times!

Richer sounds are always at the top of their game. That’s why I keep going back

Excellent service as always very knowledgeable and helpful.

Great experience, super helpful staff in store. Levi's a great guy and a credit to the company. It's customer service like this that keeps us coming back.

Amazing service as always from Richer Sounds. That's why I always use them. Above and beyond.

An excellent service. Welcoming by the staff and knowledgeable. The price was as good and better than anywhere else.

Paul was great to deal with.
Very helpful throughout the process.
Would have loved to provide 5 stars but unfortunately there was an issue with delivery which in turn delayed our install.

First class telesales. Spoke to someone who listened to what I wanted, communicated well, made an appropriate amount of small talk while we were sorting things out, facilitated an introductory VIP discount, and gave me an accurate estimate on delivery. (Which was actually bettered.)

Went into the Leicester branch with a basic idea of what I wanted in terms of hifi. After spending some considerable time with Jason I now have an amazing set up at home where I can listen to my vinyl and hear things I have never noticed before. Really pleased with the advice given to me and for Jason being able to interpret what I required and also keeping roughly to my budget. Shall definitely be back later in the year when I want to upgrade my turntable.
