We wanted a last minute hire car delivered to our hotel. Sent WhatsApp message, everything required was sorted efficiently. This company worked well for us. No hidden costs. Will definitely use again. Easy, simple, you get what you pay for.

Awful the worst experience of my life with car hire. You cannot get it any more wrong than these people. They don't care once they have your money and when their dirty, old, battered, unsafe cars break down they will blame you, then days later collect the car promise you another 1 the next day but wobt deliver, They willl leave you stranded. Ignore your calls. After a few stressful days of missed trips and multiple calls they will promise to refund you but then ignore your calls and messages and not return your deposit or money for days that you didn't have a car leaving you with out transport for your holiday. If you have kids they won't care. They don't care about anyone but themselves they take your money very quickly and don't give it back when they fail to give you what you paid for a decent car. The customer service is the worst around. Use ANYONE but these people. No family should have a special holiday ruined like we have we are devastated. So PLEASE book elsewhere you have been warned!! Don't let it happen to you!

Me indican que entregan un Opel Zafira y me encuentro con un Dacia Lodgy con testigo de avería motor tapada con una pegatina,sucio asqueroso, paragolpes delantero roto y lleno de barro, asientos sucios y manchados, cinturones asquerosos, metales oxidados, anclajes de cinturones rotos, luces sin alcance, sin potencia (subidas en carretera a 55-60km/h)
2 días 308€. Un máximo de 750 kilómetros (cada kilómetro de más lo cobran a 1€).
UNA VERDADERA PESADILLA.

The car that was delivered was a 14 year old wreck. It couldn't negotiate a hill because the clutch was slipping so badly. It was in disrepair and probably not seen a spanner since the day it was manufactured. I couldn't get a response via Whatsapp or email, so I ended up paying for a car that I couldn't use. Never received the promised documents that were necessary if I had been stopped by the Police. Do not use this service.

Hired them on the recommendation of my family and some friends, as well. I must say that they never failed to impress. Rates are affordable and there is no restriction regarding the usage of care by any means. Loved the service.

Always a pleasant experience, courteous staff, advantageous prices...for a long time each time I have done business with them, rentals for 1 month, They come to bring it to you at the airport and possibility to pick it up at your apartment or leave it at the airport.

Rented a car at RENTACARSPAIN for 15 days. It had been driving 200.000 km, which is quite unusual for a rental car. I have myself a car driving 250.000 km, and there are no problems. So, I wasn’t worry. On the way from Malaga to Costa de la Luz – 228 km - the AC worked on and off. Okey. On the way back on a tank station, the battery suddenly died. So did the car of course, and we were supposed to catch a plane!! We pushed it aside and opened to the motor – just to see the battery not even attached to the car, but just rambling around under the motor helmet. After some time, I finally succeeded starting the motor … just to experience shortly after going through a long completely dark tunnel, I turned on the light … and the motor died once again – and now without the possibility to turn on the alarm light (no electricity). Once again, we managed to start the engine in the dark tunnel with cars passing few meters from us. On the rest of the trip the engine died two times more … until we reached the airport – just in time. We told the man, who picked up the car about the problems – and he didn’t seem to care at all. So, if you get the car with the plates: 8847 HCV – run as Hell … RUN!!

Had a credit note from covid cancellation, booked all inclusive automatic as my husband is disabled, arrived at Malaga airport, sign all paperwork for car, only notice when we went to get in it was a manual car which meant my husband could not drive it! They took a hold in my card off £100 plus an extra £65 in cash as said it was dearer since covid, no sat nav, no air on, a very old fair panda, we were staying many miles outside Malaga and as we started to get higher into the mountains it became apparent that the clutch was slipping on this car, also the right indicator was not working!! We arrived at destination after a terrible drive, I contacted the company as soon as we got out the car, took them 2 days to contact us, I asked where the break down cover was, would not give me it, told us to get a garage to do it but I was frightened to drive the car with only one indicator working on it, but it was now Friday and nowhere was open till Monday to do this, it started to rain and the wipers did not work to remove the rain, police stopped us and warned us regarding the front tyres, we drove to the nearest big town to buy a bulb on the Monday and as I indicated right forgetting it was not working someone hit the back of the car making a dent! This company should be avoided at all cost, abandoned my disabled husband with a dangerous car, I have never had such terrible service, if there had been a spare bulb in the car, I have not had my £100 back even though we paid all inclusive, dangerous car with rude unhelpful staff and thief’s,

🚨 DO NOT HIRE FROM THEM 🚨 Lying thieves!! They delivered a battered old car. I was mortified. Charged me almost double the original quote. I drove the car away and realised it was not even safe or reliable. I called them 10 times and they refused to meet me back at the airport. I kicked off and demanded they take this car back. They only partially refunded and I will 100% be doing a chargeback on my credit card. Dreadful experience ❗️

Too bad 1 star is the lowest rating - zero would be more appropriate. This company is outrageously dishonest. Car showed up with practically no gas - I was concerned about getting to a gas station. Rental was from a Monday morning to late afternoon Friday & was correctly charged as a 5 day rental - until I exceeded the 100km per day allowance - then all of a sudden they claimed it was only 4 days & allowed me only 400 km so they could charge an extra 50 Euros for the next 100km. After I disputed the charge by text with the contact person I was assured I would hear from head office. That was 3 months ago and I have not heard a word from them.

I rent a car from this company from 26.3-2.4..very bad experience,old vehicle with lot of scratches,radio didnt works.They charged me 100€ like deposit even if they have written everywhere that all is included in one price and I didnt find it in contract at all.They didnt give me back this 100€ after one week from we returned the car and more than that they charged me another money from my bank account,I had to block my card.Neve again!!!Cheaters!

Avoid these thieves at all cost, I rented a car from them for 372 euros, an issue arose a week or 2 before we were due to fly ,despite numerous emails,messages to they,re whats app chat and ignored phone calls I was unable to get a response to my request to cancel.
Until that is,the day we were supposed to pick it up.a few hours before I recieved a call from them stating the car was ready to be picked up.i mentioned all attempts to cancel which they denied receiving and proceeded to take 500 euros from my credit card, I'm currently in dispute with them via my credit card company.

This is absolutely the worst car rent company that we have ever rent from. The car was more than 10 years old and still they said that it was no more than 4 years old. Dirty both inside and outside, old tiers, dangerous bad breaks. It was even fixt up with tape on the outside. We were promised a refund since the car broke down after a couple of days but we still haven’t seen those money (been 3 month now). Stay away from this company!!!

Their cars are falling apart they are old, dirty, damaged and have high mileage. No high vis jacket provided which is illegal. Quick to take your money but had to get the deposit back from the credit card company as never refunded despite loads of emails and calls. Avoid at all cost.

what a bad surprise. at the beginning very quick respond. you have the choice between 3 prices 1)minimum. 2) fully insurance. 3) insurance and pay now con internet. you receive your file and it s written 46 euros and you can add : insurance. driver. baby seat…. but when you have the car at the airport it s 146 euros because full insurance obliged. why if it s not possible to get rid of the full insurance do you send a quote with 46 euros. it s joke. and the poor guy at the airport just said : i don’t know. i am just here to give you the car. and what a car !!!! 15 years old. 150000 km. very dirty inside and outside. many damaged. a shame thareau i can t sent picture whith thais message almost empty fuel tank and non working fuel gauge and the y d’au a quater but i took a pic too . you start it says you can still drive 146 km and the next minute only 83km good that i had a short way to drive at night …and the car make very scary noise on the tires.
and take care it s 70 km limited per day agen ir s written in thé web first page under “. i didn’t see it first. doesn’t matter becase i don t need more but it s not easy to see the information on their web.under general info and more info: you have 3 choices and all are unlimited mileage….fully insurance …why sending a quote you do not clearly writte: with the insurance for 13 days it s this price. as i have my own insurance i wouldn’t have taken with you because i don t need to pay a 100 euros for 13 days insurance. and as i said goldcar for example was at 99 euros for the same période same car . and stefano offered me escribiendo en whatsap to bring the car back but i stayed one hour seated in the car without knowing where to go because none of the 2 person did answer me. just 1hour 30 later : you can come before 3 o clock and we do not replace the car …?? still i don t know where at the airport i suppose but it was eleven o clock and i had to leave to estepona
it s not only the price . it s the all service what s wrong and your answer is for all client the same for sure . everything is in the web …the web doesn t work properly. if i push the button “i” it says error not found. and you recommend all inclusive for 146 but i choose the 13 days for 45 euros ….
my spanish friend were astonished when they saw the car. are you joking when you say they are professionally cleaned ..??? they said “ es para denunciar lo”
i ll never use this company again. they have no store. no address you meet at the parking and you cannot do anything more but take the care because it s late …it s trap
