In addition, for the multiple inquiries and offers you submitted, our team followed up with updates as we received responses from the respective owners, whether that was confirming availability, relaying pricing, or sharing counteroffers.
In some cases, response times can vary slightly, as we coordinate directly with individual owners before providing an update. That said, all inquiries on your account show responses within a reasonable timeframe.

It Works!
The first time I used Redweek, I was a little skeptical. Usually if a deal sounds too good to be true, it’s not. I’ve now used Redweek to rent several timeshares over the years, and I’m always amazed. I can’t recommend Redweek enough!

Getting Final Rental Confirmation was a problem
It took longer than the 5-7 days that you state it takes to get final confirmation. I feel like the only reason I got it when I did is the fact that I kept asking and also posted on the Redweek Facebook page.

We needed to cancel only red week should be embarrassed
We needed to cancel only three days after we booked because we found out about a medical issue for one of our party and they wouldn’t allow us to cancel. Terrible experience they should be ashamed of themselves.

At the time of booking, the cancellation policy selected for this reservation was clearly outlined and agreed to by both parties. In this case, the owner had chosen a policy that includes a 50% cancellation fee for cancellations made at least 65 days prior to check-in. While we always encourage communication between renters and owners, any exception to this policy - such as waiving cancellation fees - is at the owner’s discretion.
As noted in our correspondence, we provided guidance on the cancellation process and confirmed the applicable terms of the agreement. We understand this may not have been the outcome you were hoping for, and we truly apologize for the circumstances that led to your request.
We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to ensure expectations around cancellation policies are as clear as possible for all parties at the time of booking.

Everything was exactly as Redweek had advertised. In fact the entire process from booking request to confirming our booking with Marriott was actually quicker than Redweek thought it might take. I will continue to use Redweek to book any rentals I may need in the future.

Everything was ok until we found out there is no shampoo. I think they try to save a few bugs but will get bad reputation and bad comments. Disappointed
