Exceptional Care and Relaxation
I had an excellent experience using my RedBalloon voucher for a relaxation massage. From the moment I arrived, the environment felt calm, welcoming, and professional.
Stephanie was incredibly attentive, warm, and skilled throughout the session. I had mentioned that I’d been carrying a lot of stress and tension lately, and she created a genuinely relaxing experience that helped me feel much calmer and more grounded by the end. The massage itself was one of the best I’ve had, very thoughtful, attentive, and deeply relaxing.
I also appreciated how comfortable and cared for I felt throughout the entire appointment. Nothing felt rushed, and the whole experience was handled with kindness and professionalism.
I left feeling significantly better than when I arrived and have already booked another session. Highly recommended.

This time the instant booking system didn't fail me..not sure if they have fixed up the overall glitch in their instant booking system. I was able to book last minute so I am very pleased with the service

The web site is misleading
The web site is misleading. In places it says collection available and then on the next page it is not. In some places it say vouchers available and the next page it needs to know a date. Confusing, frustrating and time wasting.
