Such an easy process, the hardest part is deciding which one to chose. Voucher comes to you instantly. It looks good and is great gift. You can personalise the voucher as well. I love red balloon voucher for gifts.

I wasn't impressed at all!! You advertise the peninsula hot springs to be relaxing but it was absolutely the opposite!! There were that many people there we couldn't even find a seat to sit anywhere.. the ridiculous water holes they were calling hot springs is a joke. All the pools were really small and not very deep at all. Even in the adults only section we couldn't find a spot to get in any water.. I got to put my feet in the foot bath and was able to walk to relaxation walk thru the water and stones but that was it! I was really disappointed and will not be going there ever again!! Its more a tourist spot and for them to make as much mo ey as they can.. its a joke. I was not happy with my experience. Very upset.

Peninsula Hot Springs is a third-party venue and can become very busy, particularly during peak periods, which can impact access to pools and seating. That said, your feedback is valid and we’ll be sure to pass it on to them.

Helpful customer support
Forgot about a voucher I had and urgently tried booking something on the day it was going to expire. When I tried to use it, it said it had expired already.
I used the chat window to talk to a staff member [MA] who immediately extended it for another 3 months.
I then used it to book a drift experience with no issues. Very happy.

Unfortunately we bought through Redballoon instead of directly from the business we were interested in meaning we had difficulties claiming the gift voucher due to different offers showing between the two. The direct business was very helpful in allowing us to claim the gift voucher for a product we didn't want and then changing it later.

Great experience
There is such a lot of different experiences to choose from. It was easy to narrow down the type I was looking for, with comprehensive descriptions of the experiences. It is valid for 5 years which I think is excellent, the check out process was easy. I will definitely use Red Balloon again
