Easy process, fast delivery and beautifully packaged gift voucher

The web site is misleading. In places it says collection available and then on the next page it is not. In some places it say vouchers available and the next page it needs to know a date. Confusing, frustrating and time wasting.

after booking a date the confirmation said it was not available on that date.
tried to log on and your website told me for security i had to reset my password. i tried to do this and the e-mail that you send me has never arrived and i tried again 1/2 hour later and it still hasn't arrived. Now i am not sure if my purchase will work when i get to Darwin.
contacting you is difficult but at least i know i will not be using your services in the future.
