I recently had an issue with my order getting lost by Royal Mail. I contacted customer service and got a response from Star the next day. Straight away the issue was sorted and a replacement order was sent out next day delivery. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

My order was lost in transit which I was gutted about but I emailed the customer service team who re-ordered my missing order for me to be delivered the following day! Fantastic service x

Sizing off, I sized up and still small. I then sent it back, got charged postage 3.99, 66p charge for something else and also a returning charge of 2.99.
Deffo won’t order again

I’ve been hesitant to order because of the higher price point so decided to order a few things in the sale to try. I really wish I’d ordered earlier! The quality is incredible, I love the fact the collections all match (my fave is espresso). I’m 5ft 8 & a 6-8 & always struggle with trouser lengths as my legs are quite long for my height- so the fact i can order long length bottoms is wonderful. I ordered 6’s & 8’s & they all fit how I liked. I’m really impressed & happy to order at full price! Only negative to this brand is that some jumpers are oversized & the advice is to ‘size down’- yet if you’re at a size 6-8 there is no smaller size (also means everyone from 6,8,10 &12 are ordering the 6-8 which is annoying!).

I Have placed several orders and always have excellent service.
I made a mistake with my last order and input my email incorrectly, and I was worried about my order, I contacted customer services and Star got back to me straight away , corrected my email and assured me that my order was bring processed.
