Ordered the everyday trousers in two different sizes, sent one size back. Customer Service from Star was excellent when I emailed to track my return, Star dealt with it straight away and kept me informed

Exemplary customer service from Corinne, had to return trousers as too big and had used a discount code, emailed customer care and they replaced the trousers in a smaller size as soon as return was received at no extra cost. Such a pleasure to deal with

Sent an email to customer service asking if there was an exchange option instead of having to return and re order, I was contacted back by Star who sent out the size I needed as soon as I done my return, which arrived the next day after getting shipped in the evening! 5* customer service! Love all my clothes from Reasn ❤️

Their customer service is amazing too, particularly Corinne. She was extremely helpful, she resolved my issue quickly and professionally. She was polite and understanding and made me feel like I wasn't just another number in the line of things she had to do that day.

Great customer service. Corinne was really helpful when i’ve had trouble with 3 different pairs of leggings splitting! After sending photos i was immediately refunded and Corinne also refunded my delivery costs of another order i did. thank you for your help

I had to return a couple of items from my most recent order and initiated a return. Unfortunately my son then became very unwell and was admitted to hospital, which obviously became my priority. I emailed customer services, once he had improved a lot, and explained that I had missed the return date due to being in hospital with my son. Corrine was very understanding and said that on this occasion it was no problem for me to return the items a bit late. This was a huge weight off my mind as I didn't want to be stuck with products that weren't quite right for me and lose the money I'd spent on them. This is the second time I have contacted customer services and the standard of help I received from Corrine was just as good both times.

Really like the items I’ve bought and normally amazing quality. Contacted the customer care team as my vest top had developed tiny holes along the seam
after being washed a couple of times. Sky offered either a new top or refund. I’ve asked for a new top and it’s been sent with next day delivery. Thanks Sky and thanks Reasn for your great customer service

Customer service is excellent. Corinne has been especially helpful in sorting my exchange after I missed the return window due to my holiday. Thanks again, I have placed another order today from early release and I’ve already had the email to say it will arrive tomorrow!! It doesn’t get better than that x

The quality of the clothing is excellent. Sizing is true to size. When I encountered an issue with Royal Mail on returning an item I emailed Reasn and Star who dealt with my query got it resolved fast and efficiently,

I used to shop at InStyle but after seeing Adam’s story shifted to Reasn and the quality and fit it their clothes is fabulous…

Ordered a hoodie from them. Ordered my size but was to big so I order a size down and it fits beautifully. I had to return the larger sized went through the return form was offered a online credit to use or refund to original payment. Went with the original payment and I had to pay £3.99 to return what came out of my refund. Posted it and got my refund today. Out of £53.93 I got £47 they have also took an extra £3 off my refund for I dont know what. This is really unexceptabul. Really not happy. I won't be shopping with them again after ripping me off.

Issue with returns.
Received my delivery on Tuesday 5th May, with the dispatch email on Friday 1st May. Tried to return some items (not the full order) well within the 14 day return policy (from date of delivery) but was not able to. Emailed customer services but have been told my order was delivered on a different date - it was not?
No email response since. If I was outside the returns window I would have no issue, but I was within the 14 days.
Due to there being no email to say the order has been delivered, only a dispatch email, and I was well within the returns period when I contacted I should be able to return my order.
Extremely disappointing when I had been looking forward to receiving my order so much.
I really hope this can be sorted out, as this has put me off ordering again.

Great customer service received from Corinne. I had an issue where I couldn’t locate my gift card voucher and she was super helpful. Issue was rectified in a timely manner. Thanks again Corinne

Have ordered several items from Reasn now and believe the quality is second to none for loungewear. I ordered the lemon hoodie which I loved when it arrived however it appeared to have a slight fault that you could only see in the daylight outside. Contacted customer services and Corrine offer to either give me a refund or send a replacement. Within 24 hours my replacement hoodie came and it’s perfect. Thanks so much ❤️

I had an issue with my return through the courier and Star at Reasn contacted me immediately to let me know she would refund my return straight away and resolve the lost return at her side. I was delighted with this outcome as I thought I would need to wait until they located my return. Gestures like this make me want to purchase from Reasn again. Thank you Star & Team
