I placed my first order during the sale, I ordered on the Thursday and it was delivered 2 days later. The quality and the fit is amazing. I got the powder blue stripe set, it’s so lovely and soft, especially love the internal no gaping buttons!! Love it!!!!

All the clothes I have ordered from Reasn have been excellent, brilliant quality and the customer service is just excellent. There have been a few issues I have faced with regards to delivery and wrong sizing, however I had contact from Corrinne who is such a credit to the team, she was fast efficient and resolved my minor issues with no hassle. Thank you 😊

Recently placed an order for the reversible sets & I received the wrong size in one of the pairs of shorts. I was returning anyway but Spoke to Corinne via Instagram who refunded me quickly & I used a reasn reward voucher that she also reinstated to use on my next order due to the error. 10/10 customer service. I have ordered probably 90% of everything they’ve released and I am obsessed! The leggings and hoodies are next level! Thank you 🥰

Recently placed an order of one of the reversible hoodies, when it came there was a small issue with it. Spoke to Corinne via Instagram who was so lovely she arranged for me to return the one and sent a replacement out very quickly and efficiently. 10/10 customer service. Thankyou

customer service is shocking paid for next day delivery on Thursday and still haven’t received my order. I gave them my address what they asked for and still haven’t heard back from them. Can say when it finally does arrives I will be returning everything and won’t be shopping again on this site.

Love these clothes, bought some Pilates outfits and loved the quality so purchased some different items. I had an issue with my order, an item was missing but Corinne in customer service has been nothing but amazing!! The missing item is already on its way out to me and I can’t fault the service. I ordered some of their wide leg joggers also and they are so comfortable! I’m going to have to order more in different colours, they’re so soft!

I had a problem with a faulty product ( cant be helped it happens with all companies ) but customer service was 100/10 and has be resolved quickly . Thank you ☺️

I had an issue trying to return a parcel due to an injury I sustained. Star replied to my email request to extend my return window. So kind and efficient. Thank you star. I also left a comment on the reasn tik tok page

Ordered the reversible hoodie and there was a slight issue with it so I contacted customer service and they were brilliant. Corinne was fantastic, she sorted out the issue quick and with no hassle at all. Love this brand and the customer care is great.

I purchased two pairs of leggings and absolutely love them. One pair had a slight issue, but I was so impressed with how quickly and professionally it was resolved. The customer service was outstanding – friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful.

The leggings are fantastic quality and the excellent customer care has made me an even bigger fan of the brand. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely be ordering again.

The customer service I received from Star was 20/10. My pre sale link wasn't working and she sent me a new one in seconds and I managed to get what I wanted. The service was also so personable and friendly. 1 Happy customer. Xx

I found Reasn clothing on social media when it launched and from then till now everything I’ve ordered has been 10/10
The materials they use are quality, their sizes are spot on and if they state oversized it’s not ridiculously huge.
I contacted customer service last week and was in contact with a lovely person called Star, the help and guidance I received was second to none. My enquiry was listened to, it was understood and Star gave it her attention. I actually felt I was talking with a friend, Star gave me full attention and made me and my enquiry her top priority as I’m sure everyone else there does.
Having great clothes is a good thing for a business BUT pairing that with GREAT customer service makes Reasn a store I will go to time and time again.

These people took over this dog spa from another Waynesville groomer. They are so far superior and how busy they are reflects the quality of their work. The great thing for me; they're right at the end of my street. They're right behind Urgent Care in Waynesville. Basically, it's the back of Urgent Care's building. I took 2 of my dogs, a Golden Retriever & an Australian Shepherd for the full Monty. Wash, cut and deep fur removal. They came out looking beautiful and I am sure cooler now that they were relieved of that hot fur. The ladies there were great and did a wonderful job at better pricing than other dog groomers in the area. Highly recommend them for your dog's grooming needs.

Excellent support regarding my email being wrong in recent order. Star was so helpful and sorted everything out for me quickly. Thank you

Received my order within time scale, tracksuit had issue with the quality. The tracksuit was sewed incorrectly with visibly double stitching that is visible on the leg half way down as well as having baubles all over the bototms. The hoodie had stiching issues also.

Star was not empathetic nor was it construed in any way that the representative or company wanted to help.

I got told in an abrupt manner to return and may be able to exhale if they had the items but if not nothing they can do.

They only care about the influencers they collaborate with no one else.

Would avoid in future such a disappointment .
