Had to contact customer services as an item was delivered faulty. Replied straight away with decent solutions offered, girls who dealt with me were fantastic and this is the sort of service that would make me actually take the time to write a review and recommend to friends! Thank you!

The clothing is top quality! I bought a number of items after seeing them advertised on instagram and was over the moon with the quality. However I had an issue with the sweater after finding a hole in the seam. I contacted Reasn customer services and spoke to Corinne… to say I’m massively impressed with the customer service is an understatement! I was sent out a brand new sweater on express delivery!! Thank you so much guys! A**** service! I’ll definitely be buying more from this company!

I signed up as a member so I’d be alerted when the new Marl Grey Everyday Trousers were released on Wednesday. It’s Friday morning and they’re already here!

And wow… they are SO good! The quality is amazing, they’re incredibly soft, and the fit is so flattering. I also picked up the logo vest and crew neck jumper, and they’re equally as good.

The service was 10/10, helpful and very responsive. The issue was resolved very quickly without any problem. Great customer service 😀🙌

I have ordered a few different items from the Reasn brand and love every one of them. The quality is amazing and always just as described. With my recent order I had a slight issue which I reported straight away. My query was responded too straight away and I was offered a full exchange or partial refund for the fault. Absolutely excellent customer service. If you don’t know, get to know ❤️

I have purchased clothes for myself and my teenage daughter over the last few months. I've never shopped from a brand only seen through insta and have no affiliations with Adam or Perrie.

Really like the quality and how quick delivery is. Unfortunately had to return a couple of items that didn't fit my daughter.

Waited for a refund around a month went by. Contacted Reasn customer service, Mirsie asked for details of postage returned. I sent the QR code and screenshots that showed that I had returned them via the post office and Royal Mail had them in the sorting office.
Mirsie processed my refund immediately and made sure I was happy with the customer service.

I have had a few dealings now with the customer service at Reasn and I can’t say enough good things about about them! I dealt with Corinne on this occasion and within a day of me raising a fault, a new tracksuit was sent out.

The clothes themselves are incredible and I look forward to more items they release!

Corinne was lovely and resolved the issue with my shorts and gave me options on what I would like to do. She arranged for a new pair to be sent out and I received them the next day

I had to return part of my order simply because it did not suit me, but the parcel then got stuck in transit. Royal Mail were not helpful, but when following up on its status with Reasn, I had such a great customer service experience with Star. Super understanding, responsive, and processed the refund then for me. Thanks so much!

Firstly the clothes from this brand are just 10/10. The quality is incredible and they wash so well. I did receive one item in the incorrect size but I emailed them and spoke to star who was absolutely brilliant and so helpful. I sent the item back and they sent me the item in the right size. Star was very prompt in replies and got the issue sorted very quickly. I’ve ordered around 20 times and have never been disappointed in the quality or service.
