A had an issue with an order I was dealing with Corinne and they could not of been more helpful. Fantastic customer service.

I have shopped with Reasn from the start and love their clothing. Quality is second to none. I've got used to their sizing as a lot tend to be 'oversized' and can usually size down.

Just this last week I needed to contact customer care about a return (48hr tracked) that has been in transit for over a week. Mirsie has been fantastic, once I gave the info required, she processed my refund straight away, no quibble. Unbeatable customer service!

Absolutely amazing brand! I've loved everything I've ordered and the quality is amazing. I had one slight problem with an order and spoke to Star who was so helpful and got the issue resolved straight away!

As a regular customer, I can say the clothes are amazing. I had issue with sizing on an order and contacted customer service and Star was amazing, she was so helpful and sorted the issue for me. Reasn is honourable with great customer service as well as the clothes being fantastic quality. Thank you, highly recommend.

Really impressed with the customer service I received. I recently opened my parcel and noticed a small issue with the item, so I contacted customer services. The response was incredibly quick and Corinne was so helpful and friendly.

A replacement was arranged and sent out really quickly and the issue was resolved with absolutely no fuss. I really appreciated how responsive and helpful she was throughout.

Things can happen, but it’s how a company handles them that really matters and I couldn’t fault the service I received. A really positive experience :)

Placed my first order last week and it was delivered really quickly. Absolutely in love with the items I bought. The quality, feel and fit are all on point. I will definitely be ordering again 😍

I seldom leave a bad review. However I feel making people aware so they don’t end up paying more is important to me. Firstly. The quality of the pants and the cut were really poor.
I contacted customer service who responded after 24hrs they were helpful. However. When you need to return x2 items you can’t do it individually (I couldn’t see a way how to ) so ended up going through the process x2 they also take postage and apply taxes to your refund. They do offer a store credit but I felt the clothing is of low quality and not cut right so didn’t want to purchase again. I feel as this company is owned by an influencer who promote clothes. It falls flat. Also to not address people who leave a negative review is bad too. Maybe listen to what’s being said and improve the cut and quality also the refund process.

Also very impressed with the quick delivery - have yet to try my items but I’m very excited to start my capsule autumn/winter wardrobe with Reasn.

Love so many of the clothes & especially that they so tall options in all trousers. Feedback is taken on board & customer service is exceptional. Recently had a small issue crop up with an item, Corinne in customer service was great, was offered a refund/exchange which I hadn’t asked for and it was on my doorstep less than 24 hours later!!

Corinne was so helpful after I had to email in regarding my Soft Touch Every Day Trousers. She dealt with my email and sorted the issue out straight away for me. Great customer service. Thank you so much x

Received my set really quickly! Material, colour and fit is amazing. I had a slight quality fault with the item after just a couple of hours of wear so contacted customer services, where I was immediately helped by corinne.
