I LOVE The Real Flower Company!
Whenever I want to give someone a WOW gift I send a bouquet from them - nothing beats the sight of a beautiful arrangement of quality flowers, unless it's the scent that fills the room and follows you around the house. The scent is the magic.
Their customer service is personal and goes above and beyond - on the rare occasion I have a question or an issue I get a response from a real person quickly and they give thoughtful service rather than sticking to a standard process.
I recommend them to everyone.

Fabulous flowers. Sent as a gift to friends and they were really impressed.

The flowers were beautiful and my Mum loved them. You could see that they were 'real' flowers, not hothouse flowers. They were beautifully packaged with a lovely card.

Well done on customer service – I had an order for the next day delivery and Royal Mail did not deliver it. I appreciate this situation could be out of control of the business who was sending goods. I contacted Real Flower Company via WhatsApp and they did their best to send a new order instead with some extras.

The experience of ordering and getting them and being updated about delivery was great.
The flowers that came made my girlfriend smile and they looked beautiful.
Only negative is we have had them for about 2 days and they are already very shriveled, dropping and looking an the dead side.
This isn't on the company we are very aware flowers can last for ages or no time at all.

Gorgeous selection of flowers but unfortunately a rose and dahlia bud had been knocked off.

I ordered a small Summer flower farm box for a friend - the flowers were absolutely stunning, beautiful display and they arrived on time and in good condition. Will not go anywhere else in future!

Your boxed bouquet arrived as ordered, the time informed and the delivery was good. It as a surprise present. The receivers said it smelt divine before opening the box...and the flowers were/are very fresh, thank you. A good delivery company is so important when people work long hours and dont have a safe place ( i e live in a block of flats). It was a very good experience and we will use you again, and again, and again....

Dear Real Flower Company

I ordered this September bouquet as a wedding anniversary present. Although it all arrived on time and I found the ordering process very straightforward, the bouquet itself is disappointing. The size, colours and mix is lovely, but the flowers themselves seem tired and not as fresh as they could be, especially the amaranthus, which is decidedly floppy. My wife was at home when the bouquet arrived in the morning, so it wasn’t sitting outside. And she followed your instructions about watering, cutting the stems etc to the letter. Is there anything I can do besides regularly refreshing the water and keeping them in a cool shady spot to perk up them up and make them last?!

Excellent personal service in placing an order for a special bouquet. The phone was answered swiftly and my question about what to order was discussed and help given to make the right choice. Website straightforward.
When they had a query about one of the items I had ordered I received a personal phone call and the minor problem was solved easily. A photo of my order was emailed to me so I could see exactly what my godmother was receiving.

Easy to order and looked forward to receiving my flowers which arrived the following day in a beautiful box. The flowers were limp when they arrived and I followed the instructions to revive them - cut the stems put them in water to allow them to have a good drink a but sadly they didn’t revive and still haven’t despite changing the water and adding feed. Very Disappointing.

I paid a lot for these flowers for a get well soon gift and they arrived completely dead and couldn’t be revived in water or with flower feed. After emailing images, I received no response from the company.
